I made it very clear I only needed the service for one hour, and there was no mention of a 2-hour minimum at any point during our conversation or booking. After the move was complete which did not exceed one hour the movers suddenly demanded $250, claiming there was a "2-hour minimum policy." This was never disclosed beforehand. When I tried to clarify, they became argumentative and unprofessional, insisting it was their "policy," as if that excused the fact that it was never communicated to me. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is unacceptable. If there's a minimum charge, it must be disclosed before the service is provided not after the job is done. I feel misled and taken advantage of. Transparency and honesty are the bare minimum in customer service, especially in an industry built on trust and time.

Guys worked their butts off for 12 hrs straight except no one wore a mask. Also, the final bill came in higher than I expected. When I contacted the office and the person through whom I had made the reservation, Alan, he was rude and told me to send pictures. I did but have not heard back from him. When I call the office, phone goes directly into voicemail and I leave messages, but no one calls me back. I have been trying to reach him for 26 days!
