They made sure of the amount/sizes of items being moved ahead of time to guarantee they brought the best size truck option for my move. By knowing the items being moved ahead of time, Joseph was able to provide a truck/trailer combo that best suited my move, which allowed for an amazingly great rate! They arrived at my storage unit early in the morning and then quickly, but cautiously, packed up the truck/trailer. I initially contacted another moving company but decided against them because they were ridiculously expensive. So I called O2 moving company after seeing the reviews and I am so happy I did. They were so much cheaper than the other quotes I received and they were done within 3 to 4 hours even though we thought it would take them at least 6 or 7 hours. I have a 4 bedroom home and in 10 years we had accumulated a LOT of things. They were very careful with our things and wrapped our furniture in big blankets to keep things from being damaged. They were really about an 11 out of 5 :-) 15 minutes early, friendly, moved my items like they were their own and in 1/2 the time I expected. Plenty of pads, dollies, supplies to do a perfect job. The two guys just WORKED from the moment they arrived. Patient with us if we wanted something shrink wrapped. Unloaded even faster and stacked yet left even room in the storage unit, so that I can get around things to get what I want if I want it later without having to take everything out. GREAT price compared to the other 5 companies - a LOT less expensive and no one could have done a better or faster job! Even a discount for seniors. Will never use anyone else! O2 Movers were very professional and easy to work with. We wanted two new dressers from Costco for our girls rooms. We went to Costco with them and they brought it home in their truck for us. Those dressers were extremely heavy!!! We live in a townhouse so we have multiple stairs to get to the room. They got the dressers in the rooms and took the old one out with ease and not one scratch.
