I used to love these guys till about a year ago. They started taking 45 minutes to an hour to get…read moreto me, it was frustrating but that was at least understandable. However the last few times I had used them they "forgot " or "no one wrote down my request for a taxi". Today was the last straw. My car broke down and I had to get a tow, when I called they said it would be 45 minutes till they got there. Fine. After about an hour, I called for an ETA (estimate time of arrival) and the lady who answered with no apology or anything said "We don't have anybody " and when I stated I've been waiting for 45-60 minutes for you guys, there was no sympathy/remorse for their lies/apology or anything. I'm done. I will never use them again. They just lost a customer who had hired them for over 5 years.

Somehow from someone at this local USPS office, they marked…read moremy package delivered on Sunday right after 1PM, I don't quite understand that considering this office is closed on Sunday, and they have never ran in my neighborhood on a Sunday. And I didn't get my package. I was instructed by the merchant to wait up until 48 hours to consider it stolen or missing. LISTEN YALL, the carriers are stealing the packages, don't know who they have working in these mail places, but my package didn't disappear into thin air... now I'm arguing back and forth with the merchant to refund me
