Scheduling was super easy (I just did it through Yelp messages) and they came right on time (the window was 8AM to 10AM and they were there before 9AM). Their estimate ended up being the final amount, and was really right along with what I thought was reasonable/expected before I looked for vendors. The gentleman who helped worked fast, was super professional, and was in a truck that had the company's logo (which I appreciate to know when a truck shows up where they are fun). They were able to come faster than any other company I checked with. They did a really good job of removing the debris from the tenant - and there was a lot of it. Even. Food in the fridge. Yuck! But they removed it all. The reason for 4 stars is they knocked my glass screen door off the door facing taking things out of the back door, so now I have to find screws to fit and pay someone to put it back up. read more

I hired Johnifer R. through TaskRabbit. I paid the fees for the furniture removal service through the app. Upon arrival, Johnifer attempted to add additional charges that were not what I was quoted. I told him I disagreed and was contacting TaskRabbit. After the service was completed, I should have been charged $80 + 29 TaskRabbit fee. However, I was invoiced $188. I Immediately contacted TaskRabbit to find out why. They determined I was over charged and refunded me $80. The next morning, Johnifer came and brought back all of the items he removed. He didn't contact me or explain anything. He wanted me to pay $135, but the fee ended up being $80 (the listed price). The fact that he still had my items (which is weird) and came back the following morning at 6a (unauthorized) & dumped the items back on my property is not only creepy & disturbing, but also it was unprofessional. It costed him more to do that then to contact me and explain the invoicing. He blocked the door, so had an emergency happened, my neighbors could have been at risk. I contacted TaskRabbit and am filing a claim for damages against the company and for harassment. I am further going to file a complaint with the BBB and seek damages for the monetary loss I suffered as a result of losing time from work, being fined by the community, and other losses. Do not hire this company! Please share this review with your friends. Luckily, I work in law so filing a lawsuit is super convenient. For you, it may not be so do not waste your time.
