We had a tenant move out of our house that left a bunch of junk in the back yard. Got a couple of quotes through Yelp. Lots of delayed responses and most wanted to check the place out on their own to make sure of the scope of the work. Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. He sent pictures and videos of what he had done, kept you aware of the costs, and what was left. Left it completely up to me to stop at any time. This is exactly what I would want in this line of work.

Honestly, the reviews do not do them justice. Josh and Ernie came by and were the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Josh quickly accessed our need and gave me a price that was fair. My wife and I even added a few things after the price was set. No problem! Many times, people look for the best price and don't think about the service. The service is important too. When you get great service, you don't spend as much time worrying about the price. When the price is good, too... it's a no-brainer. If you are looking to clear some space in your home and need someone to remove those things that have outlived their welcome, you would be hard pressed to find a better junk removal company.
