The truck was not even an 8th full but the haul ended up costing me 333.00. I didn't have the heart to tell him to take the stuff off. There are cheaper options out there. I spoke with a company rep who also contacted the driver. After speaking with us both, they offered me a fair refund and still allowed the driver to keep his tip. Although you may be able to get Junk Removal for less, the service did exceed my expectations.
