PLEASE SEE MY ORIGINAL GOOGLE REVIEW BELOW. MY 2pm UPDATE CAME AFTER I RECEIVED A RUDE CALL FROM THEIR COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM (Cumming, GA): Poor communication when it comes to the cost of service. They would NOT provide a quote until all of our "junk" was on their truck. Not a great business model as I was quoted $150 over the phone vs. the $350 that I was charged. I would NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Typical Bait and Switch. UPDATE AS OF 2pm EST: thank you for the phone call and showing your lack of professionalism to the entire Google world with your written response. Yes, I own 3 business, but that has NOTHING to do with my experience as a customer with your company. Let's recap the most recent event: you gave me a call, presumably with the intention to get me to change my review. After I explained my dissatisfaction, offered a suggestion to a new business model, and told you that I WOULD NOT change my review... you response to me was "oh so I see you're THAT kind of guy?!" So what exactly does that mean sir? And is this how you treat ALL of your customers or just select ones who do not agree to give you 5 stars when it is NOT warranted? I hope ANYONE who sees this review will go with an alternate company because you, sir, do NOT take constructive criticism well. Oh, and I've recorded our conversation so if anyone would like to reach out to me for validation of his rude behavior please feel free to contact me. Service: Junk removal Response from the owner: We only provide our $120 minimum cost over the phone. We do not provide estimates over phone. Upon arrival technicians gives Free on site No-obligation price. Once the price is agreed the technicians will begin to load your items. Payment is due before technicians leave. Job is complete. Sorry you didn't understand that process, you would think being an owner of 3 businesses you would understand with ease.... Guess not! Thank you for your difficultly. Have a great day read more

I received a reasonable estimate. I made an appointment online for the same day. 2 men came, picked up my recliner, and took it away. They were pleasant and quick. I would highly recommend! read more

These folks were very timely and professional. We were very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Miachel.S responded to my message (via yelp) within an hour and sent his staff with a truck first thing in the morning. The guys were very professional, just showed them all the stuff that was supposed to be taken away, and without asking a question, they completed their job in 30min. Will definitely hire them, for any junk/cardboard removal read more

These guys were great. I set up a pick up and they were able to come that same day (within hours). Once there, the guys explained pricing and everything else. They were polite, respectful (even offered to remove their shoes in the house), and professional. They suggested requesting a dumpster next time because I'd be able to throw away a lot of junk for only a little more. I have shared their information to several people already. I will absolutely use them again. read more

Great prices compared to others. I got a 15 yard dumpster for price others charged for a 10 yard. Very responsive and great communication throughout the entire process! read more

I booked online and got an almost immediate email with the appointment confirmation. Got a reminder the morning of the appointment and a text letting me know they were on the way. The guys were friendly, wore shoe booties and took care of the walls and such when taking out my old mattress. I will definitely recommend this company! read more

Today, I called North Point Junk Removal to get a quote on an upcoming move. The Project Managers that returned my call was very short with me, condecending and rude; and then he hung up on me. I very happy this happen because if this is how they treat a prospective customer one can only imagine how they will treat a customer that has already paid them. I would stay clear of this company. read more

The day we were scheduled to close on our home I called North Point Junkers and they understood immediately. They came out and picked up all of the cardboard and materials left by the movers due to the rain. This allowed me to close on the sale of my home and close on the purchase of our new home that afternoon. Thank you for coming to the rescue again! read more

I arranged to have North Point Junk Removal come to give me an estimate for disposal of some junk/trash. They were very responsive once I made the appointment. They called an hour before arrival to let me know they were on the way. Once here, they were extremely friendly and professional. They looked at what I had gathered and gave me an estimate that was over half less than what I'd been quoted by another company. They quickly got the junk loaded. We were able to pay quickly via Venmo. All done in less than 15 minutes. I was told they also offer full dumpster rental for larger jobs. If you need this type of service, I'd call them first! I'll certainly use them again if the need arises. read more

I texted for a quote to have broken down wardrobes, carpet, a table, bags of styrofoam, boxes, and other junk removed from our garage. Received a prompt reply with the quote. I easily booked an appointment online and the crew came by right in the window with a text alerting me they were on the way. Friendly and efficient. They take cash, check, Venmo, and charge cards, but I paid by check. Would definitely use again; worth it to have someone come by and take this junk away! read more

North point junk removal was on time Reasonable and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Fast, efficient, affordable and good manners too! Would have been five stars had the time of arrival estimate been more accurate but NP Junk promptly communicated the late arrival and apologized for it several times. That kind of respectful treatment earns my repeat business six days a week and twice on Sunday! read more

They did a good job, a bit of a mess left behind, but otherwise good.

They were very fast and professional and very accommodating. I called a couple other junk removal companies before i found north point junk removal and found that they were the most accommodating and the best price. We will definitely be using them again read more

Booked online w detailed description of items to be picked up i.e. 2 lounge chairs, 3 small patio chairs, small cabinet, 1 beach umbrella & the rest cushions & several small items. Could all fit in back of a pickup. Price was $100 if booked online. Job would have taken 10-15 mins. After arrival & loading 2 items I was told the price had changed to $150. Cancelled job. Nice guys but felt like bait & switch. read more

Great service at a great price. Michael and his crew are also very friendly. We called and the team was there the next day.

I would like to say that North Point Junk Removal company was the best. The staff is outstanding and personable. The receptionist went above and beyond with her supervisor to ensure that they were able to stop by my house last minute to give me a quote. When Michael and Will arrived they were professional and gave me a reasonable quote for amount of stuff I needed removed from my back yard. This whole process was new to me as we are originally from Chicago and you just sit your unwanted stuff in the alley and on garbage day it's removed. No cost involved. Michael and Will were so dedicated to helping me that even though I had no previous appointment and it was the end of their shift they removed my junk on the spot. Prior to calling them I had tried other companies for quotes which but their prices were outrageous. All I can say is North Point Jun Removal is an Phenomenal company to do business with and if you utilize their services I am assured that you will be as pleased as I was. Thanks again you guys are Great at what you do!! Angela read more
