It is a flat rate based off the number of bedrooms, and then you can add specific items that you would like done which are not included in their flat rate, so there are no hidden fees. I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used! Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions. I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean...but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush. Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles. I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing! They initially start the cleaning with photos, but it's very telling that the photos are in their favor so that it looks well however, when you dive deep into the cleaning, it's not cleaned.. the products use were from the dollar tree so therefore their water down and did not last. My guest found trash in their bed after being made up mirrors were not clean corners of each room we're not clean, but it had dust and dirt cabinets were not cleaned in the bathroom not even dusted on the outside. Mirrors were not cleaned in the bedrooms under the bed, was not dusted or swept in their hardwood floors in the master trash is found in the bed in my guest bedroom as my guest slept. There are complete stains and clutter in the kitchen area no appliances were wiped down and the microwave was not cleaned out as it was supposed to as well as dusting of the shelves was not completed. I end up having to complete the house cleanup on my own after leaving the hospital when I called back and showed pictures of the actual footage versus with my Cleaner hat taken, I was told that they could come back and do what was missed, which was the majority of my house, including my sticky heart with floors throughout every single room because the mop was not changed from the restroom to the regular floors, so it left a residue and almost like a toilet like smell. When I called back, I was told that I would have to pay for an additional cleaning and for an additional person to come out however, when we spoke over the phone, I was told by Miss Terry that two people would come out and that she had called me to apologize, letting me know that one person was stuck in the rain, but they will be there as soon as possible however, when I asked for the two cleaners to come back and re-clean my home I was told that there will be a another hundred dollar 50 charge this is absolutely ridiculous and I think that it's a fraud as well as a scam. Things like remove stains from garage floor. This isn't something that was needed since the stains were there when I moved in. The garage just needed a sweeping. When I got back to the home, they were on the garage floor scrubbing! I felt so bad and quickly stopped them as this wasn't part of the service. The team (Noelia, her husband, and Neubison) did an excellent job. The house smelled amazing and everything was spotless. They paid attention to the smallest detail. I would definitely use them again. Larissa was great and very communicative. I knew exactly what to expect. She worked with me on the quote and was able to bring it to a place where I could afford. Payment is done fully remote (including tip) through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Larissa texted before and after the cleaning to ensure things were ready and then as expected. Told me they could show up next day around 9am, okay great I will take it. 9:53 am - text them to make sure no issues at gate entrance. Company responds with, we'll be there at 11am. 10:52 am - text them again. Receive text they will arrive in 55 minutes. They arrive at 12:15 - 3.25 hours after agreed upon time. None of this was okay - I directly told the person when setting up this appointment I was making it work with my schedule by them arriving at 9am, 10 at the latest. I did not need next day cleaning but went with it since she was so adament about it. They did not communicate arrival times and I received updated arrival times only as responses to my texted inquiries. Arrival of cleaners: Male and female cleaners arrive, seem very very friendly. I walk them around space, ask them if they need me to move anything for them, and leave so I am not in the way. Cleaning completed: They text me 1.5 hours later to say they are almost finished. I arrive home and they say they are sorry but they broke one of my wine glasses. This was upsetting as wine glasses were a gift from my deceased mom. They offered to pay for replacement. While that was the right thing for them to do, it cannot be replaced. Scanning apartment before they left: cleaning looked okay. Within a couple days after the cleaning: appeared they did not move couches/ottoman to sweep/mop underneath. Large pieces of glass, from broken wine glass, were under furniture. Along with leaves, dust, etc. Top of fridge was covered in dust. The dining room, used as a home office, furniture was dusted but was never moved to clean walls and floors. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I am so disappointed by the experience.
