I was referred to Atlanta JunkbGone by a coworker that used their awesome service a few weeks ago. He absolutely raved about how professional and punctual they were. From my understanding they are a new company so their prices are very aggressive. After listening to Fred go on and on about Atlanta JunkbGone I decided use their services to clear out a bunch a junk at my mother's home. I schedule the appointment at 9am on a Saturday morning and they arrived at 8:45am.... WOW I was super IMPRESSED ........ I'm used to companies or services showing up 10 to 15 mins late! A smiling and friendly man greeted me and asked me a few questions about the job at hand. He introduced himself......(Mike) which I later found out was the owner of Atlanta JunkbGone. Hello-I'm not one to write reviews because I like to keep the best kept secrets to myself, But this one I have to share. For years I have had my family, since there are 6 of us call different trash-Junk companies to remove what I call a mess we create with Junk.... My wife recently called a number that put her in touch with A company called Atlanta Junk B gone, and I believe the Mans name was Mike.. WOW!! after being a little hesitate because of past experience--This company went above and beyond the call of duty so to speak. They actually arrived on time, were very polite and did far more then we expected.. Best price of the vendors I contacted. Mike, the Owner responded immediately on a Sunday. Daniel was awesome! I was immediately impressed when he took the extra time to talk with me when he arrived after calling to let me know when to expect delivery. He took care in placing the Dumpster so it would have minimal impact on my neighbors and I would have easy access. He was terrific!!! Requested several quotes for Junk Removal. This company responded right away and said they could be out next day around 2. They actually called me at 10AM and said they had a cancellation and could be there in 45 minutes if it was ok with me. They worked around my schedule as I told them I needed a bit longer. When they got there, they quoted a fair price and said I could even add a few things without them upcharging me. As we were getting finished one of the workers noticed some paint cans and such I had outside that I had forgot about and wasn't part of the original plan. Like many others during this time of working/living at home, we needed to declutter. The company we normally use for junk removal is no longer in business which led me to Junk B Gon. This was the first time we used them. They called when they were on their way and were even a few minutes earlier than scheduled. The guys arrived, we showed them our junk to be hauled away and they quoted a price. I asked about payment options and they accept, credit, debit cards or will take a check or cash. Excellent service! Called on a weekend and heard back promptly on the Monday before Christmas no less. Arranged a pickup for the end of the week and they arrived on time, gave a quick quote, loaded up and were done within 15 minutes!
