I hired Johnny and his team to do a deep clean of our house. However, I would give them a five out…read moreof five during the time of them cleaning, but overall will have to say prior to hiring their team, they had a list of what is included for deep cleaning however, half of the list that they provided me was not completed. They also quoted me a flat rate price but after cleaning they went up on price. I do think that part of communication for their team is to let us be aware if things are gonna be additional or not. I was under the understanding that upholstery on furniture was included, but was an extra charge. Small minor details with skipped but however, Johnny and his team did a spectacular job on a clean but felt like I did not have a deep clean.

DO NOT use this company for any kind of "deep clean"…read more Called this company to do a deep clean of my condo, to get it ready to sell. Was quoted $192 which seemed steep but I wanted it done right. The day of the appointment the cleaner contacted me directly and said she wanted to come 90 minutes later than the appt, which was annoying but whatever. Let her in and walked her through the EMPTY condo, and all the things I needed done. Came back the next morning- floors weren't mopped, nothing dusted, baseboards dirty, and the TOILET hadnt been touched. It wasn't even a "regular" clean! Reached out to the company, they said they'd sens someone by 11:30a (I was on a timeline this day). At 1:30p someone showed up (at this point I had had to cancel two appointments). They would not refund my money, and after the 2nd hour of waiting offered me $40 off. At that point I wanted to just punt and leave. Walked the next person through what hadn't been done. Went to eat and came back, she said she had 20 min left, I noticed the baseboards in the kitchen still weren't clean so pointed them out to her. Came back today and the baseboards are still filthy. Got on my hands and knees and cleaned them myself. FLEE from this company and find a decent place that won't screw you over.

When the team arrived (2 guys), they were polite, fast, and pretty quiet. I was working while they were there and they made so little noise I almost forgot about them. The price was more than reasonable for the work considering (1) I didn't have to do it and (2) after it was done, I was very happy with the results. They didn't leave a huge mess behind and they did the jobs I hired them to do. Scott also gave me a heads up on a branch that overhangs my house and the future damage it might cause. I don't get up on the roof that often so I was appreciative that he took the time to mention it and take a photo. If I had known how great my house would look with clean windows and pressure washing, I wouldn't have waited 8 years to do it. Yelp 100 #23

Brian knocked down our 16x30 shed in no time. We were super impressed with how he maneuvered the skidsteer. Our shed fit into the dump trailer, surprisingly. Oru and Brian got the big, medium, and smallish chunks removed and tidied up the street where the dump trailer was parked. We hadn't considered the remaining smaller debris that would be left behind (e.g., shingle fragments), which will take us a while to clean up, but we will count that as exercise! Because TNT has an excellent reputation, I don't mind paying a premium to secure their services. I have noticed routine cleanings by lower rated companies a little cheaper but, when folks are coming into your most intimate spaces you want trustworthy at the top of your check list. Although my retired spouse facilitates their service on a weekly basis, I have nothing but good news to share with Yelpers! This crew is professional and efficient!
