In contrast, POOP911 is the absolute WORST company that I have ever dealt with. They cannot keep employees, every other week there's a new person and as a result, their schedule is very inconsistent, and they don't give you notice as to when they're coming. They just expect you to adhere to their convenience. But they will charge you if you're not available on THEIR time. At least that's the case with the franchise that services the Southside of Atlanta. Their customer service is also beyond and below HORRIBLE. Very rude and argumentative and not willing to compromise when they are in the wrong. Tried to blame me for my dog attacking their worker because their worker called the wrong customer to announce arrival and came thru my fence despite the "beware of dog" sign and the note that I had a territorial dog onsite. From missed appointments to poor customer service, this company has proven to be incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. First and foremost, there were multiple occasions when the service simply failed to show up without any prior notification. I would block off my schedule, only to find out that no one would be arriving. Frustratingly, I had to reach out repeatedly to find out what had happened, and it seemed like they could not care less about my time or my pets' needs. On the rare occasions they did show up, it was usually without any communication. No call or text to confirm their arrival. It felt like they thought I was only supposed to be readily available for them. Their lack of accountability and communication simply added to the frustration. Even more infuriating was the fact that I was charged for services not rendered. I was shocked to see charges on my account for days when no one had come to clean up. When I brought this to their attention, the customer service was abysmal. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, I was met with dismissiveness and vague responses. It was almost as if they were trained to avoid responsibility. Overall, I cannot recommend Poop 911 pet waste removal. The service is unreliable, the customer support is atrocious, and the overall experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a company that values its customers and provides the service they promise.
