THEY SEND A NOTICE WHEN ENROUTE, BILL CONSISTENTLY THRU PAYPAL AND VERY FRIENDLY, EXTREMELY RELIABLE, COURTEOUS AND JUST ALL AROUND A MUCH BETTER COMPANY. In contrast, POOP911 is the absolute WORST company that I have ever dealt with. They cannot keep employees, every other week there's a new person and as a result, their schedule is very inconsistent, and they don't give you notice as to when they're coming. They just expect you to adhere to their convenience. But they will charge you if you're not available on THEIR time. At least that's the case with the franchise that services the Southside of Atlanta. Their customer service is also beyond and below HORRIBLE. Very rude and argumentative and not willing to compromise when they are in the wrong. Tried to blame me for my dog attacking their worker because their worker called the wrong customer to announce arrival and came thru my fence despite the "beware of dog" sign and the note that I had a territorial dog onsite. GIVE POOP911 THE FINGER AND GO WITH POO ADDICTS. I DON'T SEE HOW POOP911 THAT HAS THE FRANCHISE ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF ATLANTA ARE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS. THEY NEED TO JUST GIVE OR TAKE LESSONS FROM POO ADDICTS. POOP911 IS A SORRY SSA COMPANY!

I wish I could give Poop 911 a zero-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience with their service…read morehas been nothing short of a nightmare. From missed appointments to poor customer service, this company has proven to be incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. First and foremost, there were multiple occasions when the service simply failed to show up without any prior notification. I would block off my schedule, only to find out that no one would be arriving. Frustratingly, I had to reach out repeatedly to find out what had happened, and it seemed like they could not care less about my time or my pets' needs. On the rare occasions they did show up, it was usually without any communication. No call or text to confirm their arrival. It felt like they thought I was only supposed to be readily available for them. Their lack of accountability and communication simply added to the frustration. Even more infuriating was the fact that I was charged for services not rendered. I was shocked to see charges on my account for days when no one had come to clean up. When I brought this to their attention, the customer service was abysmal. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, I was met with dismissiveness and vague responses. It was almost as if they were trained to avoid responsibility. Overall, I cannot recommend Poop 911 pet waste removal. The service is unreliable, the customer support is atrocious, and the overall experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a company that values its customers and provides the service they promise.

He was really rude by namecalling in his review, I would never want to work with or for him... maybe the job was really bad and just not worth it to them. My experience has been great - I think it's been a year that I've been using them. The helpers have always been thorough and have never missed a day. They've never left the gate open. And realized I owe this fantastic person a review. A very long story short, in 2015 I found myself in temporary housing after a move back to Atlanta to start a new job. It was a very difficult situation with two rescue dogs that suffered from anxiety/separation issues. The day prior my daytime pet arrangements had fallen through. I also had work travel imminent. I was in a panic and massively stressed. The same day I called Karen, she showed up to meet me and the two pups. They took to her immediately, even my ultra scared/shy guy who shivered and shook around people. She confidentially handled them, kindly calmed my anxiety over the situation and had it under control. She could double as a therapist!!! The next day while I was at work all went totally fine with their walk. I even received text photos with details of how it went. The pups were happy, I was relieved of stress and life suddenly became simpler. For simplicity sake I've glossed over a very trying and rough time in life. But for Karen and her team it would not have turned out so well. With a world of gratitude and thanks, I HIGHLY recommend.
