Initially, I received a quote that seemed reasonable and paid a $99.00 booking fee via credit card to confirm my appointment. Upon completion of the job, I was informed that if I chose to pay by credit card, a processing fee of $32.00 would apply--information that was not communicated beforehand. Additionally, I was charged for various materials and equipment used during the move, including tape ($10.00), picture slides ($4.00), speed-pack ($40.00), shrink wrap ($25.00), and a mattress cover ($12.00). The only extra fee I was aware of prior to the move was the mattress bag charge. In total, these miscellaneous fees amounted to $111.00 (not including the mattress bag), none of which had been discussed during my initial consultation. While I appreciated the effort of the movers themselves, whom I tipped (cash) generously, I feel the lack of transparency regarding the final costs was misleading and disappointing. To add insult to injury, I called College Hunks immediately after my move was complete and paid in full. As of today, I haven't received as much as an apology or callback.

I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. We labeled our boxes with the rooms they belonged in, and the crew placed everything exactly where it needed to go in the new house. (it was the first time using the Yelp quote chat service and it worked well with Swift.) Swift was very accommodating about working within my time frames. On the day that they were scheduled they texted a reasonable window of arrival time and met that. When they did arrive they went right to work and got things done quickly and efficiently.
