I have had to call West Cobb Sanitation three times to pick up my recycling. They just forget to…read moredrive their trucks down my road on my scheduled trash day. I've called management three times. They apologize and give me a credit, but never correct their issues. I don't understand what's going on there internally, but do yourself a favor and find another trash service. These guys are a joke.

Just like clockwork my trash and recycle was supposed to be pickup today and it was missed. I looked at the website and said I didn't pay, well I never got an invoice to pay the other $40, would have been nice to know. I ended up paying but now I have to wait another week for them to pickup. All they had to do is email or call is all it takes, I would understand if I was 1 month behind but not a week. Do better with your customers.

This location did not offer any concessions or take any accountability for a damaged tv and denied the claim AFTER receiving the purchase receipt. I had to reach out to CH corporate to get a reply to my claim from this location. Overall a very mediocre experience and as an experienced mover (6 moves with various companies) I would NOT recommend using the Marietta location. Beyond the damage issue, the Team arrived without tools to do the job and took an hour to leave to buy tools. Also the final cost was DOUBLE the estimate for this move to a small one bedroom apartment. Recommend you look elsewhere for moving services in the Atlanta metro area.
