This company maintains my neighbors yard. The work is just fine. I just have a complaint about…read moretheir customer service and consideration of drivers. They park on a curve and at the direct end of a neighbors driveway making it hard to get out of the driveway and drive safely around. When asked directly if they would consider backing up to not block others and get away from the curve, "we will think about it" was the reply with a smirk on their faces. They then proceeded to unload the truck and proceed. I was just looking out for the safety of their truck and the drivers in that area. First, let me say that I'm not AI or a bot…read more Now that that is clear, I just received junk removal service from this company. I did my due diligence and chose to give them a try. Honestly, the reviews do not do them justice. Josh and Ernie came by and were the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Josh quickly accessed our need and gave me a price that was fair. My wife and I even added a few things after the price was set. No problem! Many times, people look for the best price and don't think about the service. The service is important too. When you get great service, you don't spend as much time worrying about the price. When the price is good, too... it's a no-brainer. If you are looking to clear some space in your home and need someone to remove those things that have outlived their welcome, you would be hard pressed to find a better junk removal company. Thank you, Josh & Ernie!
