To that end, I needed to have a heads up on when people would stop by to service my yard so I could have the gate unlocked. I had my lawn serviced 3 times and NOT ONCE despite *multiple* emails and requests to receive notice at least a day in advance did I ever get notified. Instead I would get a text message that said "hi I'm from scoop soldiers I'm 15 minutes away". There was no consideration as to whether we were home or not or anything. On the fourth time, I told the person not to come and I've emailed the account manager and told her to cancel my account effective immediately. It was a hassle even getting the service initiated as well because we were told service would begin on one day and then we were no showed twice until someone came later that week. We were initially excited and grateful to begin our service with Scoop Soldiers because we are currently going through some things that make home and yard maintenance a real hassle right now, but trying to communicate with Scoop Soldiers has been like pulling teeth and it's absolutely not worth the stress when we have things going on in our lives.

My current service person is Ashley. I'm am so appreciative of her care. Ashley always calls before she arrives. She's friendly and thorough. If she misses something the first time around, she will work with Brandon to circle back and try again. Also, it helps a lot that she likes dogs. I recommend them.

On the rare occasions they did show up, it was usually without any communication. No call or text to confirm their arrival. It felt like they thought I was only supposed to be readily available for them. Their lack of accountability and communication simply added to the frustration. Even more infuriating was the fact that I was charged for services not rendered. I was shocked to see charges on my account for days when no one had come to clean up. When I brought this to their attention, the customer service was abysmal. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, I was met with dismissiveness and vague responses. It was almost as if they were trained to avoid responsibility. Overall, I cannot recommend Poop 911 pet waste removal. The service is unreliable, the customer support is atrocious, and the overall experience has left me feeling taken advantage of.
