From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The estimate was provided within a day of their site visit and was very competitive. Work began two business days after I signed the contract. The team arrived on time, fully prepared with top-notch equipment, and immediately got to work. They were incredibly efficient, completing the demolition quicker than I anticipated, yet without cutting any corners. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to safety. They ensured that the surrounding areas were protected and left the site clean, graded, and seeded - ready for use. Communication was also a strong point. Sherri immediately provided a current license and proof of insurance. She kept me informed throughout the project, addressing any concerns I had and even texting progress pictures. Their expertise was evident, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. If you're looking for a reliable and professional demolition or junk removal contractor, I highly recommend In & Out. We corresponded and I was giving all the information up front. Everybody was very nice and friendly who I talked to and the customer service was good. Now there was a deposit that was sent, which I was sent a form to submit the payment so it was a easy peasy process. I was told by Xavier that the price may not be the same but he said he would get it right back to me with unadjusted quote and he did. And it wasn't super out of pocket either, it was still similar so those were desirable things to hear. After the move was done I was given a form to fill out and pay the rest of the payment, also super easy! They made the transition very simple. During the move I was kept in communication constantly. About what time the truck would arrive. Xavier got in and reviewed the area, then went down and they got to work. They already brought all of their own equipment as far as padding and wrapping so I thought that was awesome. That was really helpful because it was needed because I didn't have the time to do it myself. They did all of the wrapping and even help me break down my desk and then put it back up. Took about 4 or 5 hours all together, but overall I will satisfy with the results. I am pleased at deciding to go with this company. They offer a lot of communication, they can try to get you a reasonable rate, they're not hassling you over time and distance, and they put everything back the way they got it. So I would probably consider rocking with them again the future.
