My account was hacked. The above comment is clearly gibberish. I don't even understand the point of it. On a serious note...did use this company. they were actually a great company and easy to work with. read more

I hired Stand-Up Guys Junk Removal to move a 200 lbs. headboard from the main level of my house to 2nd floor bedroom. The moving of furniture was fine, however upon arrival the driver backed into my mailbox and damaged it. I had to pay a welder to repair my mailbox which cost me $150. I have yet to be reimbursed by the company although I sent a receipt of repair cost and pictures of damage. I would not recommend this company. read more

Stand Up Guys Junk Removal - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

See all

Service was excellent at the time of the pickup; however, I didn't receive a cost estimate prior to my stuff being loaded on the truck. Full size mattress w/ box spring, and 4 closet doors. The truck was not even an 8th full but the haul ended up costing me 333.00. I didn't have the heart to tell him to take the stuff off. There are cheaper options out there. I spoke with a company rep who also contacted the driver. After speaking with us both, they offered me a fair refund and still allowed the driver to keep his tip. Although you may be able to get Junk Removal for less, the service did exceed my expectations. read more

Chris and Robert have been my best movers yet ! Arrived on time actually 15 minutes early , great communication in calling and friendly . They both were efficient and listened to exactly what my needs were . I liked them as a team as they were respectful to each other and worked equally hard ! Thanks again I'll recommend you both to friends !!!! read more

I was thoroughly pleased with their service and performance. Their pricing was much better than the competition, polite, on time. Would highly recommend. read more

They arrived a bit early but that was fine. I would rather have someone arrive early than being late. They did a great picking up our two items - ping pong table and a treadclimber - they took apart the treadclimber because it was so heavy. They did a great job, nice professional team and very friendly. We will definitely use them again for any item removals and will refer them to friends if they want a recommendation. Highly recommended. read more

Just finished our appt. with these guys to remove an old mattress and box spring set. Super easy to set up, really fast response time too. The most affordable option of all the places we called for estimates! $85 minimum for all appts. Very reasonable. They showed up ahead of our scheduled window, so we got to keep more of our day instead of waiting around. Team of 3 guys, very friendly, got the job done. The reason they won't get 5 stars from me, is because we just noticed they chipped our wood stairs while sliding the box spring down. That kinda sucks. I would use them again but I would be more on them about being careful in my house. ------------------- Update: management reached out and really wanted to make it right. Sent us back our check, some Dunkin' Donuts cards, and a coupon for our next service with them. We will definitely use them again and reassess the star rating when they come back out! read more

I wanted to like this company, the employees were very nice and polite but...They were to take a grill, patio table and 2(of 5) patio chairs. They took the grill and table but took 4 chairs instead of 2. They busted up a table I did not tell them was to go and screws and glass left in my driveway. The driver told me he would bring me a new patio set to replace the busted table. That was on Wednesday. Today when I called to check, I was told someone would call me back. No response as of yet. I'm not planning on using them again or giving referrals. read more

I needed to get rid of a queen bed set (mattress, box spring and frame) to prepare for a brand new bed setup and after a lot of googling/yelping, I found Stand Up Guys and decided to give them a try. They had great reviews, and I liked the aesthetic of their website (I love a good website, guys). The website was easy to navigate, clean-looking, and the visual pricing guide was SUPER helpful. It really made all the difference, compared to other service providers I had looked at. Setting up an appointment online couldn't have been easier and took less than 2 minutes. I didn't have to pick up the phone or talk to a single person to set the appointment, which is how I prefer to do appointments. My no obligation, free estimate appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, with a 2-4PM window. I received a phone call shortly before 2PM from PATRICK, letting me know they were on the way and would arrive in around 20 minutes. Which is exactly what happened. And they found my address with no problems at all, which is hard for most. PATRICK & JON (John? Sorry!) showed up, introduced themselves to myself and my pug and provided me with an estimate for my queen bed set. The pricing was exactly what I was expecting based off of the website's pricing guide. They even took a chair I had been meaning to get rid of for years. The entire service took all of 20 minutes, and that was with having to go up and down three flights of stairs. They were friendly and efficient and I couldn't be happier with their service. I would definitely use Stand Up Guys again, if needed. TLDR; Website = Great. Patrick = Great. Jon = GREAT. Overall Service = GREAT. read more

Used Stand Up Guys for the third time today. Surprised I have not written a review before now considering how great they have always been to work with. I've not shopped around to find the cheapest deal to be honest and I'm not sure if there are cheaper options. So, I won't comment on the prices. By the way, I do think what I was charged was very fair. What I will comment on is that they are always punctual and on time! They are always friendly! They always go out of the way to make sure the job is done well! So, next time I need this service, I know who to call. read more

We are moving out of state and had a few large items to dispose of before we leave our home. I scheduled this company to come out for a bid. I was able to select the time I wanted them to arrive. They called to let me know they were in route and arrived right on time. The guys were professional, very conscientious and respectful of my home, and the price was very reasonable. They quickly loaded up the items and removed a lot of the stress of moving. Brelin, the crew leader, was outstanding! I highly recommend them. read more

Just had The Stand Up Guys at our house. They called before they came, they were very polite, worked quickly and hard, and stacked our junk in the truck expertly in order to maximize the space. Very impressed and would absolutely recommend them and use them again. read more

I set up my appt online which was easy. The crew called before arriving and showed up on time. They took a look at what I needed removed and gave me a price which was very reasonable. The crew was very professional and made sure they took just what we asked for. I'll use them again when I need more junk removed. read more

Great service and even though I overloaded the container so much the truck couldn't lift it they worked with me and got it divided and removed. They even welcomed my request this week for another dumpster. Great company! read more

After numerous house projects and a wedding, we had all kinds of construction materials, broken appliances, and heaven knows what else to get rid of. Not so much junk that we needed to rent a Dumpster, but not so little we could fit it into our garbage and recycling bins over a couple weeks. We also don't own a vehicle, so taking it to the dump or recycling center ourselves wasn't much of an option. Stand-Up Guys were perfect -- always quick to respond via email (even when we had to reschedule twice because of recent snow and ice), free estimate, great price -- exactly half the cost of other junk removal services we found online -- and quick, easy service. My husband pointed out the junk piles and they were done less than an hour later. Our back yard and home office are ours once again! Hooray! read more

I highly recommend Stand-Up Guys. They were fast, professional and did a superior job at half the price of their competitors.

I scheduled an appointment, and they called on their way to give me a heads up, and arrived on time. They were friendly, and worked fast and hard. The pricing seemed very fair, especially for how hard they work. They removed bricks, concrete, and an old furnace. Nothing seemed to scare them. They took credit card on their mobile app, and had everything wrapped up in under 2 hours. Would use them again in a second read more

These guys are amazing. Due to a mistake on their website, I got a quote for hot tub removal that was very low. Upon discovering their website's mistaken pricing, not only did they fix their website to prevent it from happening again, the owner called me back and to make up for the misunderstanding gave me an incredible deal that was even well below the original estimate! This company is truly living up to their name. Their prices are fair, the customer is their #1 priority, they give back to the community, recycle as much of the junk they retrieve as possible. These are the real Stand-up Guys, the kind of businessmen that you just don't find anymore. I can't wait for the opportunity to recommend them for any junk removal in the future. read more

These guys were fast and efficient. They removed a huge tv and a desk. They were done in about 10 minutes and they cost less than the bigger national companies. I would highly recommend them.. read more

Now that I've had my junk gone for a while, I realize the pricing was reasonable for the headache I avoided by hiring Stand Up Guys. Bumping to 5 stars! read more

Hired them to finish taking apart our deck and to haul away that stuff as well as stuff we had in the basement that we needed to get rid of (nothing that could be donated). They were 3 really hard workers who worked very quickly and were very nice young men. Their fees are quite acceptable. I will definitely use this company again. My only problem is that I had a heated bird bath sitting on the deck and that, sadly, got thrown in the truck along with the rest of the stuff. I didn't realize it until a day or two later. I should have thought to take it off myself. Otherwise, fantastic job, guys, thank you! read more

Corey reached out and did his best to address our issues and apologized for the original crew members attitude. I really appreciate them working with us regarding our experience. read more

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT USE THESE BOYS!!! After giving me a reasonable quote, they came out and took some junk away. They then charged me more than twice of what they had quoted me!!! They left half of the junk in the crawl space, and we ended up in a lawsuit!!! Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Call another company. They must scam people all the time!!. Will was the crew leader & Will & his coworker were actually earlier which worked out great for us since it was Saturday. I will use the again. They were reasonable. Some services I have used will not come in our house to remove items. They came in and picked up an old heavy typewriter. My wife thought someone would provide this service for free to get the great treasure they we had. Now I have someone to haul off our treasures. LOL read more
