His demo crew quickly took the old fence down and hauled off the debris. the next day his construction crew went work on the new fence. The new fence and gates look awesome! the same crew then went to work on the deck. the new deck is solid!! excellent work. these guys take take pride in their work, and they get it Done!! i will definitely ask Ray and his guys to work on my next project! read more

Run from this man and, and save your money and headaches. You will thank me later. Ray was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever did business with. Rude Nasty disposition. Disrespectful to my wife and myself not a very good listener always wanted to over talk us. Very poor job on me cover deck, he use poor helpers to do the job. NEVER COME OUT TO THE JOB TO SEE HOW THE JOB IS GOING. UNTIL $$$ IS DUE. read more

I hired Ray to fill in our old swimming pool. He gave me a quote for the job very quickly and the price was comparable to other quotes I received. He and his crew finished the job faster than he originally estimated and there were no overages on the cost. I have already contacted Ray about another job I need to have done so obviously I had no problem hiring him again. He's honest and hard working and went above and beyond on the job. read more

Very good communication, solid craftsmanship, timely and affordable. Had Ray do a ranch fence for me. Removed the old privacy fence, did some grading, built the new fence. All in about a week. read more

He rebuilt my deck and built a fence. Didn't pull county permits because he said he didn't think we needed them. Only on site to do initially walk around the property and to see finished product. He didn't make sure of the quality of what the workers were doing. We have so many problems with the fencing and deck and was told to send pictures so he can advise on how to fix them. If you value your house as an investment, please stay clear from this 'contractor'! read more

Provided great service Easy to work with Friendly Timely Looking forward to working with him again read more

Ray is a great communicator and shows up when he says he's going to show up. I got a thorough evaluation and an estimate that was very competitive. Ray did a great job, doing exactly what he said he would do. He even came back after some wet, snowy ground caused some issues with one of the fence posts he sured up and made sure it was set correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing fence work done and would gladly do business again if needed. read more

Man Ant Services - Installed a new panel to fix unstable post that was leaning heavily into neighbor's yard. - Masonry/Concrete Near Me

Ray did a phenomenal job with the fence and deck work I requested. My project was challenging due to an old wall that impeded the fence build. It required a lot of demolition as well as wall repair to provide a place for the fence to be secured. While he was there the project got temporarily derailed. Ray was able to pivot without missing a beat and work on a deck I wanted to enlarge. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I highly recommend Man Ant and am looking around my property for anything other jobs where I can get his help. So glad I found Ray! read more

He hasn't reply me, which really sucks, I actually traveled for days that I have to make a new request.

I read other reviews and thought it wouldn't happen to me. Ray provided a quote for a concrete pad for my hot tub. Came out horrible, it was not leveled (it was 2"+ on the high side, even a normal pad is not this sloped) so when i filled the spa the water spill out. Also, the dimensions were incorrect, it was suppose to be 10x11 (he did a 10x11 the wrong way, even after walking through it). The hot tub company stated they would not be able to shim as it voids the warranty. Additionally, Ray did not bull float correctly, so there are waves in the concrete (its not flat), causing pressure points on the hot tub shell. Also, there was concrete blow out at the bottom of the pad, he just simple threw dirt over it to cover up the mistake (dirt washed away you can see it). You can tell he tried to break it off but couldn't (b/c he knew he messed up). Finally, he poured the extra concrete in the woods over my gutter drain (he didn't even ask where to put it). I had to get a sledge hammer to break it up. I strongly recommend finding another company. It's bad.. very bad, don't use this guy. I believe he watched a couple videos and thought he could do it. Don't get hustled. read more

Ray was really helpful and his team did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend their services to others in the future

Very unprofessional and poor quality work. Spend a little more money and have it done right.

Man Ant Services built our new fence and did a great job. Their price was the best and the service/quality outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new fence! read more

So the new contractors came out to fix my fence. They said the fence was poorly installed. It was not deep enough and instead of him putting brackets in between a the fence, They took one long post and connected everything together so I will eventually lose all of the fence this is why it lasted under two years. This fence is not even two years old yet but they came out here and they redid everything over for me so I'm just collecting enough signatures because this is not OK when people pay over $3500 to have a fence placed you it's not OK for you to take shortcuts.. so the bottom line is, it was never installed right, but I would not have known this. Had the fence not fell when I reached out to him two weeks ago he told me because the fence was not staying there fences in my subdivision. They were up here before mind that are not staying and still standing read more

We hired him to put a lattice around our deck and install a gate on the deck. The craftsmanship is sub-standard. There is a support post that is curved on one side, nearly all of the notch cuts to accommodate the posts are not flush with the post, pocket screw nails protrude from the rails and some of the lumber is not cut flush with the ends of the post. Finally, the deck gate is sagging because a screw wasn't drilled in all the way. Upon further inspection, the screw head is stripped, requiring a damage screw extractor or some other solution that will cost time and possibly money to fix. The attached pictures are a few examples of what I'm talking about. read more

This company is a complete scam. I hired him to complete a driveway and deck. The driveway cracked after 2 weeks. We probably followed protocol on not parking on the driveway and it still cracked. I was told by another company it cracked because it was poured to high and wasn't properly smoothed so it wouldn't crack. I also contacted him to let him know that the deck didn't pass code. I asked him multiple times during the job to install brackets and he didn't. When I contacted him he was very rude. Using foul language with me. He also said it was my fault the deck wasn't installed properly. He didn't want to clean up the job site said he woukd charge me more for him to clean up his trash and to fix the issue that he did. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay far far away as this company doesn't know proper codes for jobs and will not come fix work if they did something incorrectly. Scam read more

Man Ant Services - Fence repair - Masonry/Concrete Near Me

I found Man Ant Services on Yelp when looking for a contractor to repair my wooden fence. I'm a Real Estate agent and work with many vendors closely, but all my existing fence vendors only wanted to do a very costly replacement of a very large section of the fence.... but Man Ant provided options to repair several damaged posts at a reasonable cost. He answered my initial inquiries promptly, showed up when he said he would and finished the work in a timely manner. I will definitely call him again (if needed) and recommend him to clients and neighbors. Thanks! read more

I needed someone to fix a fence that the previous builder messed up so bad the neighbors were complaining. Ray is great. He showed up on time from initial walkthrough until completion day. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he was able to fill my vision. I am so pleased with my fence. I will be using them again. I definitely support family businesses, and am really glad I chose them on Thumbtack. read more

Got my backyard fence placed my MAS. Ray was awesome and easy to work with. Very good price! My fence looks amazing!

Received this company as a referral via Thumbtack. I chose them from the 3 referrals because of their outstanding reviews. Made contact and discussed the project with Ray. He later sent me a text asking if we could meet Sunday to go over the project. Gave him a time and changed my schedule for the day to accommodate the visit. I waited an hour after the set time before I called him. No answer, right to voicemail. Left a message . . . . nothing. Not impressed. read more
