I hired Bravo to install a privacy fence in my back yard and, honestly, not a great experience overall. The "getting an estimate" and planning part was pretty smooth. It was once the actual work started that things went wrong. First, the guys that showed up to do the work didn't speak any English. I don't have anything against non-English speakers as a matter of principle, but its probably best if someone is on-site who can communicate clearly with the customer so that the workers can be clear on the customer's wishes and nothing goes wrong. Well, something went wrong. The boards on the back were not turned the way I wanted. Also, our project manager, Bill, left the company in the middle of our project. Okay, these things happen. Our new project manager, Victor, called a few days later to see if we were happy with the fence. I told him about the workers's error and he kindly offered to fix it. I told him if they just turned the boards on the side to match (which would involve less wood and labor) then that would be fine, but I didn't want them to use the same boards. He told me they would not. The guys came out to redo the sides and, well, spoiler alert, they used the same boards. So now I had boards with a bunch of extra holes in them. I told Victor I was not happy with this and he agreed to send someone out to use new boards. I had also started to noticed a lot of shotty work: boards that had been cut poorly, boards that weren't spaced properly, and so on. It took weeks (somewhat due to weather, in fairness), but they finally sent a worker (who speaks English, per my request) to put new boards on the side and replace a few boards that were particularly bad elsewhere. He did a much better job than the previous workers, but I had asked him to pull the unsightly plastic white tags (see photo) that were on the bottom of the board before he put them on (the other guys did not do this and I spent hours on my hands and knees having to pull them off the bottoms of the boards, which wasn't particularly easy considering most of them were right against the ground), and he did not. Its a much easier thing to remove them before the boards are put in place. I asked him about it and he had Victor call me to tell me, somewhat tersely, that that just isn't something they do. Great. It was also pretty clear he was annoyed to be making the call. Other things of note: the workers made little to no effort to clean up after themselves and I had to pick up trash and nails all around the fence area. (see photo - a LOT of nails) The original crew knocked out the entire project in a day. That's great if you do quality work, but it is becoming pretty clear to me that they were just trying to get it done as quickly as possible. Many of these boards are already starting to warp and look terrible pretty terrible. The work the last guy did was so much better than the previous guys that now the rest of the fence looks even worse. All in all, the fence is sturdy enough and the price was reasonable, but it wasn't a great experience and I wouldn't use these guys again; nor would I recommend them to my neighbors who have asked about the new fence.

Bravo Fence did an AMAZING job at our house installing 600' of mixed fencing in a single day, and at a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier!

I recently had Bravo replace an old fence in our backyard. The quoting process went fine and the quote was fair compared to two other quotes. The initial crew didn't do a very good job when they first came out. Many pickets were too short and/or were skewed. The spacing between pickets was wider than quoted and one gate didn't have a handle. The same crew came back out a week later and replaced some of the pickets, but the workmanship was still subpar. A different crew came out after another week, and they were able to fix some of the issues. Overall, the fence looks ok now, but it's not as high quality as I was expecting. I got a ~7% discount ($200 off $3000) on the final price. The people were nice to work with, but I would not recommend Bravo to others.

I wanted to replace my fence with a new aluminum fence. The process was very smooth and everything was very professional. Jonathan came out to discuss it, I got a quote later that day and I signed that evening with a date within two weeks for installation. I have a big yard, but the team worked from early in the morning until dusk to get everything set up perfectly. There were a couple scuff marks in some places due to the transportation and they came right out to touch them up the next day. I would highly recommend.

I contracted with Bravo Fence to install a fence at my home in May. On the scheduled date for installation, the Bravo team arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation promptly. However, there were two issues. The installation team: 1) dug up my fiber cable, left it exposed, and didn't inform me of the mistake 2) installed the front gate lock on the outside vs. the inside like they did the back gate. I communicated this to my sales rep, and he arranged for a gentleman from their service department to come and address the lock issue. My interaction with the serviceman was less than optimal, as I was made to feel I was being unreasonable because I wanted the lock installed correctly. Ultimately, the repairman made the necessary correction. But now, I have a gate that is sagging and needs to be lifted when I open and close it. Additionally, the gate post is now cracked in several places. I contacted my sales rep and provided before pics (showing an undamaged post and the incorrectly installed lock) and after pictures (showing the sagging gate and the cracks in the post) and was told he would send them to the service department and let me know a service date was scheduled. After not hearing anything for a week, I reached out again and left a message. I was then contacted by a representative from Bravo explaining my rep was no longer there, and he asked me to resend the picture, which I did. I have now been informed that they will not take responsibility for the damaged gate post but will send someone to fix the other issue with the gate. As the post was not damaged before the repair (as soon as in pics), I am not happy they refuse to address this. Although, after reading the complaints people have submitted to the better business bureau - this is not the first time they are choosing not to act in good faith.

Bad experience with this company. I thought they were reputable and would do what salesman promised. Wrong. Hire this company if you: -- don't mind paying $2,000 more for a small job which took two days longer than Promised by a somewhat condescending salesman; -- don't mind a crew supervisor who spends more time on his cell phone than working, does not show up on time, and tells you (the customer) what work You need to do to help Them do their job; -- don't mind the crew departing over 2 hours early, leaving heaps of trash on neighbor's property thereby creating an extremely hostile situation with your neighbor (and not returning to correct it even though it is still daytime, and the salesman this was reported to did nothing but promise the crew would be back at 7:00 AM, aka 10:00 AM); -- don't mind the crew spending a few work hours murdering reportedly 2+ dozen valuable garter snakes, calling them "copperheads" and leaving the dismembered bodies scattered throughout the yard, and claiming they helped You by doing that (killing garter snakes IS Illegal and punishable by law), and using this as the excuse to leave your property completely open, against your specific wishes; -- don't mind a 5" gap at the ground when you have small dogs who can easily get out and into heavy traffic (wait, that's why I needed this fence!), against the contract's promise of a 'zero inch gap'; -- like to be completely ignored - After you paid the second half of the overpriced job - so that you're stuck with their mistakes which salesman implied he would correct, but never responds again; and -- enjoy cleaning up nails, metal shavings, cut metal pieces, and trash left in the yard so that your kids and dogs don't get their feet cut up. Otherwise, save your $2,000+ and go with the individuals or smaller companies who will likely do a better job without patronizing you, the customer. Neighbors who were waiting on me for a referral obviously were not encouraged to hire this company. Maybe they used to care? Hopefully they will abide by their warranty.

My experience with Bravo has been excellent. They are very professional and respectful. They took the time to explain the process, from the quote to the build. Even assisted me with the documentation that was required by my HOA. Forman arrived earlier, walked me through the plan and the process prior to install. They gave me updates showed me as work was progressing. Once completed they did a final walk through with me and left the area clean. Loving it!!

Bad experience with this company. Bill was our sales rep/contractor. In the initial moments, the job was being done. His crew started to hammer the 4 x 4's that were directly next to the flagstone path and patio. I watched through the window as they hammered the stone begin to be displaced from the mortar and told the crew to stop. I immediately sent photos to Bill and videos. As a crew continue to work I monitored and continue to take photos and sent to Bill. Bill came by a day later to look at the stones and offered $200 off the initial price. I had said that I don't agree with that and would like to get a contractor for an estimate. Seem frustrated but wanted to get the right price. The contractor estimate was around $450 which was fair for the six or seven rocks that needed to be re-cemented and grouted. Bill called me back and said that bravo was not responsible for any property or home damage and the company would be willing to pay half of the cost to repair the stone. Might explain to Bill, but I am frustrated and do not accept that term I would expect them to pay to get the stone repaired to make it right. And nowhere in the contract or invoice does it say that bravo is not responsible to any damage of the property or home. I have not had a response from bravo in three days but I have received an email from Bill letting me know that he is no longer on this job.

Bravo did a great job. The communication with the sales rep was a little bit of a struggle. The installers did a fantastic job and they were so nice! They showed up when they were supposed too! It did take them a 1/2 day longer then expected due to a lot of concrete cuts but they communicated to us and were right back at it first thing the following day. We are extremely pleased with our decision to use Bravo and the dogs love the new fence too!

Customer service was great! My salesman, Kourtney, was very helpful through the whole process and even on the day of installation. The installers were friendly and completed the fence within two days (had to do concrete drilling so took longer). We're very satisfied with the price and craftsmanship.

He said that he used to install and I liked that the sales person had experience doing the job so they weren't selling something that they really didn't understand. All of the staff were respectful and very clear. They continued communication through the process. I was also not harassed through follow ups. They allowed me time to review, get quotes, look at my budget and make - decision. It was a big reason I followed up when it made sense to move forward. I have had a lot of issues with contractors and Summit Fence has been such a breeze to work with. They do what they say they are going to do and they complete the job while respecting your space. I wish their energy was found elsewhere. I really love the look of the fence. I also had them stain it. Andrew and team did a great job. They were able to fit me in the schedule last minute and arrived early. At the end, they made sure to ask if I had any questions. If you want to pay check to avoid the fee, you can drop the deposit off and once the job is completed, the contractors will accept the check. That is a plus so you don't have to drive back over.
