Best experience with a contractor in a very long time! Patrick provided a comprehensive quote. Answered all my questions and checked back with me throughout the install. Office team was pleasant and easy to work with. My installer (Hugo) did a great job even when our neighborhood lost power - he utilized the time to perform clean up and details not requiring power tools. Can't say enough good things about the whole process. Also want to add - price - they beat EVERYONE's price by at least 30-40%. I'm a happy camper! read more

Bravo Fence - Fences & Gates Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

We have been loyal Bravo Fence customers for years, and our most recent project has once again proven why we keep coming back. From start to finish, the experience was truly five-star. We recently had a new board-on-board privacy fence installed, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The fence is perfectly aligned, sturdy, and provides the full privacy we were looking for while still looking clean and elegant from all angles. Working with the team was a pleasure. Victor Azevedo, the General Manager, was professional, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure everything met a high standard. Our installer, Lalo, was phenomenal -- he handled the entire installation on his own and completed the project in under a day. He was efficient, respectful of our property, and you could tell he took real pride in his work. The job site was left clean and tidy, and the finished product looks fantastic. Bravo Fence continues to deliver the level of quality and customer service that's hard to find these days. We are extremely happy with our new fence and would absolutely recommend Bravo Fence, Victor, and Lalo to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-built fence and a smooth, professional experience. read more

I've had a positive experience with Bravo Fence as well as their painting company. I got several quotes from fence companies to get a 50 foot (rather small) fence replaced. Bravo was prompt and their quote was very reasonable. Probably the lowest as compared to all the others and they can get me in pretty quick. After I received the quote I had several questions that the rep was able to address over email. Finally got my fence install scheduled. I could even pay my deposit (50%) with a card without any fees. I got a reminder a day before my install, and the material was dropped off ahead of time. On the day, the installer (single guy since it was a small job) got to my place on time and got to work. He pulled down the old fence and installed the new fence with ease. There was no damage to my property, the fence was installed perfectly and it looked great. I would highly recommend Bravo for any fence project. They do their stuff right and their price is very reasonable. I also had their painting team come out to stain my fence (and my deck). They usually work with Sherwin Williams and Behr water based stains but I asked them what it would take to do an oil based stain. While a little more expensive they were able to accommodate my needs and get my fence and deck looking fantastic (they will pressure wash a few days before and stain after the wood has dried - 2 days at least). The wash, stain, labor and materials is all included in the price they quote. We had some scheduling challenges due to weather but their staff was super accommodating to make sure they come out at the right day/time. Highly recommend. read more

I hired Bravo to install a privacy fence in my back yard and, honestly, not a great experience overall. The "getting an estimate" and planning part was pretty smooth. It was once the actual work started that things went wrong. First, the guys that showed up to do the work didn't speak any English. I don't have anything against non-English speakers as a matter of principle, but its probably best if someone is on-site who can communicate clearly with the customer so that the workers can be clear on the customer's wishes and nothing goes wrong. Well, something went wrong. The boards on the back were not turned the way I wanted. Also, our project manager, Bill, left the company in the middle of our project. Okay, these things happen. Our new project manager, Victor, called a few days later to see if we were happy with the fence. I told him about the workers's error and he kindly offered to fix it. I told him if they just turned the boards on the side to match (which would involve less wood and labor) then that would be fine, but I didn't want them to use the same boards. He told me they would not. The guys came out to redo the sides and, well, spoiler alert, they used the same boards. So now I had boards with a bunch of extra holes in them. I told Victor I was not happy with this and he agreed to send someone out to use new boards. I had also started to noticed a lot of shotty work: boards that had been cut poorly, boards that weren't spaced properly, and so on. It took weeks (somewhat due to weather, in fairness), but they finally sent a worker (who speaks English, per my request) to put new boards on the side and replace a few boards that were particularly bad elsewhere. He did a much better job than the previous workers, but I had asked him to pull the unsightly plastic white tags (see photo) that were on the bottom of the board before he put them on (the other guys did not do this and I spent hours on my hands and knees having to pull them off the bottoms of the boards, which wasn't particularly easy considering most of them were right against the ground), and he did not. Its a much easier thing to remove them before the boards are put in place. I asked him about it and he had Victor call me to tell me, somewhat tersely, that that just isn't something they do. Great. It was also pretty clear he was annoyed to be making the call. Other things of note: the workers made little to no effort to clean up after themselves and I had to pick up trash and nails all around the fence area. (see photo - a LOT of nails) The original crew knocked out the entire project in a day. That's great if you do quality work, but it is becoming pretty clear to me that they were just trying to get it done as quickly as possible. Many of these boards are already starting to warp and look terrible pretty terrible. The work the last guy did was so much better than the previous guys that now the rest of the fence looks even worse. All in all, the fence is sturdy enough and the price was reasonable, but it wasn't a great experience and I wouldn't use these guys again; nor would I recommend them to my neighbors who have asked about the new fence. read more

I recently had Bravo replace an old fence in our backyard. The quoting process went fine and the quote was fair compared to two other quotes. The initial crew didn't do a very good job when they first came out. Many pickets were too short and/or were skewed. The spacing between pickets was wider than quoted and one gate didn't have a handle. The same crew came back out a week later and replaced some of the pickets, but the workmanship was still subpar. A different crew came out after another week, and they were able to fix some of the issues. Overall, the fence looks ok now, but it's not as high quality as I was expecting. I got a ~7% discount ($200 off $3000) on the final price. The people were nice to work with, but I would not recommend Bravo to others. read more

From the very start everyone was very professional and courteous with my project. Jerrell came out to talk with me to find out what was needed and give an estimate, and was very personable and truly committed to making sure my concerns were addressed. The day of installation , the crew put their expertise on display and made quick work of the demo and gave us a fence that just makes us the showplace of our block . Thanks to Natasha in the office also for her patience , going above and beyond to explain the process to me . I felt so satisfied with everything when Jerrell called the next day to follow up with me, I decided to ask him about their staining and painting services as well . It really looks good, thanks so much !!! read more

I wanted to replace my fence with a new aluminum fence. The process was very smooth and everything was very professional. Jonathan came out to discuss it, I got a quote later that day and I signed that evening with a date within two weeks for installation. I have a big yard, but the team worked from early in the morning until dusk to get everything set up perfectly. There were a couple scuff marks in some places due to the transportation and they came right out to touch them up the next day. I would highly recommend. read more

Bravo Fence - Fences & Gates Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

I hesitate to write an online review that isn't directly related to the quality of a company's product or service because I know that star-ratings can positively or negatively contribute to skewing a company's overall online rating. For me, it's reviews of the product or service itself that I always look for, not work that WASN'T done. (For example, reviews that bash a product because it was damaged in delivery or because the workers showed up late aren't normally what I'm looking for in a review.) So it's with that caveat that I'm providing this review (anyway) of a product & service that was NOT done for me. I needed to replace the existing wooden lattice fence surrounding my pool with an aluminum fence and contacted several local fence companies for quotes. Bravo Fence was among them and, frankly, I was hoping their quote would be the best because in 2020 they had already built a privacy fence around my entire back yard for which I was - and am still - very happy with the fence. (I wrote a glowing review of Bravo after they completed that project.) For this new pool fence project, Bravo's project manager (Nick) came to my home, took measurements, and provided a quote via email. Bravo Fence offers to match another competitor's proposal. So after receiving quotes from all other companies, I provided Nick with another company's lower quote. He said he'd try to get approval from his management (since the quote was a fair amount less than Bravo's). We exchanged a couple of emails while waiting, and he let me know he'd have a management response within two days. The date came and went without a follow up. Three days later, I wrote him back for an update. No response. The next day, I wrote again. No response. More than two weeks later I wrote one final time asking what happened. No response. So I had the other company do the fence replacement for me. A month afterward I wrote one final time to Nick expressing that I don't understand why he abandoned me. Still no word since. If his management had concluded they couldn't match the other company's quote or just didn't want the project for whatever reason, he could have said so. I'm a big boy and would have accepted that decision. But instead, he simply ghosted me. All that to say, if you contact Bravo Fence for a quote and your project manager is Nick, well, good luck. Don't be surprised if (for whatever reason) he simply disappears on you. On the other hand, if you get someone else and Bravo winds up doing the actual fence work for you, I think you'll be happy with their quality. read more

I highly recommend Bravo Fence Company. I was impressed with the professionalism of Bill, and the fence installers. The installers went above and beyond, even working by my outside lights and cell phone flashlight when it got dark to finish my fence in 1 day instead of the 2 days install that was first quoted. I am very satisfied with my fence and the customer service I received. read more

I contracted with Bravo Fence to install a fence at my home in May. On the scheduled date for installation, the Bravo team arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation promptly. However, there were two issues. The installation team: 1) dug up my fiber cable, left it exposed, and didn't inform me of the mistake 2) installed the front gate lock on the outside vs. the inside like they did the back gate. I communicated this to my sales rep, and he arranged for a gentleman from their service department to come and address the lock issue. My interaction with the serviceman was less than optimal, as I was made to feel I was being unreasonable because I wanted the lock installed correctly. Ultimately, the repairman made the necessary correction. But now, I have a gate that is sagging and needs to be lifted when I open and close it. Additionally, the gate post is now cracked in several places. I contacted my sales rep and provided before pics (showing an undamaged post and the incorrectly installed lock) and after pictures (showing the sagging gate and the cracks in the post) and was told he would send them to the service department and let me know a service date was scheduled. After not hearing anything for a week, I reached out again and left a message. I was then contacted by a representative from Bravo explaining my rep was no longer there, and he asked me to resend the picture, which I did. I have now been informed that they will not take responsibility for the damaged gate post but will send someone to fix the other issue with the gate. As the post was not damaged before the repair (as soon as in pics), I am not happy they refuse to address this. Although, after reading the complaints people have submitted to the better business bureau - this is not the first time they are choosing not to act in good faith. read more

Bad experience with this company. I thought they were reputable and would do what salesman promised. Wrong. Hire this company if you: -- don't mind paying $2,000 more for a small job which took two days longer than Promised by a somewhat condescending salesman; -- don't mind a crew supervisor who spends more time on his cell phone than working, does not show up on time, and tells you (the customer) what work You need to do to help Them do their job; -- don't mind the crew departing over 2 hours early, leaving heaps of trash on neighbor's property thereby creating an extremely hostile situation with your neighbor (and not returning to correct it even though it is still daytime, and the salesman this was reported to did nothing but promise the crew would be back at 7:00 AM, aka 10:00 AM); -- don't mind the crew spending a few work hours murdering reportedly 2+ dozen valuable garter snakes, calling them "copperheads" and leaving the dismembered bodies scattered throughout the yard, and claiming they helped You by doing that (killing garter snakes IS Illegal and punishable by law), and using this as the excuse to leave your property completely open, against your specific wishes; -- don't mind a 5" gap at the ground when you have small dogs who can easily get out and into heavy traffic (wait, that's why I needed this fence!), against the contract's promise of a 'zero inch gap'; -- like to be completely ignored - After you paid the second half of the overpriced job - so that you're stuck with their mistakes which salesman implied he would correct, but never responds again; and -- enjoy cleaning up nails, metal shavings, cut metal pieces, and trash left in the yard so that your kids and dogs don't get their feet cut up. Otherwise, save your $2,000+ and go with the individuals or smaller companies who will likely do a better job without patronizing you, the customer. Neighbors who were waiting on me for a referral obviously were not encouraged to hire this company. Maybe they used to care? Hopefully they will abide by their warranty. read more

Did not place the fence along my property line and placed it very unevenly. Some decimal points or quarter star ratings would definitely have been good for this particular review. My Bravo salesman and initial point-of-contact Jonathan gets a 4.6 out of 5, the customer service reps from the office get a 5 out of 5, the quality of the workmanship gets a 4.2 out of 5 and the crew overall gets a 4.5 out of 5. Myself and 3 of my neighbors were all getting fences done at the same time and the crew (Even with scattered thunderstorms) was able to get 2 of the 4 fences done in 1 day. I was extremely happy with the end results and the overall costs! As an Artist in my other life and down time, I actually enjoyed peeking out the window and watching the crew work (Never watched a fence be installed before...The process and skills required were actually nice to see up close and personal). Bravo proved to be timely, efficient, true to their word and communicated very well throughout the process. I will say that, my sales rep kind of disappeared after the crew showed up for the installation and I actually had to reach out to Bravo in order to pay them the 2nd half of my payment, but thankfully I'm that type of guy...I'm certain that they would have gotten back around to me eventually, but in the meantime, I have to knock 'em down a few pegs. My only grievances were, that during the periodic downpours and on their lunch break, the work crew took refuge on my patio and they left remnants of their presence with muddy boot prints/tracks, an empty soda can and 2 popped off soda tabs when it was all said and done. I had absolutely zero problems or issues with them taking up on my patio, but shame on them and finger wagging for leaving the trash behind. Also, 2 different members of the crew did the bulk of the panel/plank laying and I could clearly tell the difference between the 2 guys workmanship (Both did good work, but 1 guys work was exceptional)...There were A LOT of small gaps and spaces where the 1 "non-exceptional" guy had worked and almost none where the "exceptional" guy had worked...Not egregious gaps or spaces, but clearly discernable. I'd happily and absolutely use them again without pause, I'm just presenting a full view...Something in the end just wasn't connecting all the way, so without decimal points and quarter star ratings, that's how I landed on a "4". read more

Bravo Fence did an excellent job. Bill, the estimator came out going over all options. He was able to give me my quote before he left. He was very courteous-answering all my questions. Instead of a gate at the very back of my property, he suggested a removable panel. This will make easy access for the tree company. The crew was on time & did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous & cleaned the area before leaving. I love the privacy fence on the side of my house. It hides my neighbors trash cans. The gate closures have locks on them but also, I can still use a padlock if needed. I highly recommend Bravo Fence! read more

Bad experience with this company. Bill was our sales rep/contractor. In the initial moments, the job was being done. His crew started to hammer the 4 x 4's that were directly next to the flagstone path and patio. I watched through the window as they hammered the stone begin to be displaced from the mortar and told the crew to stop. I immediately sent photos to Bill and videos. As a crew continue to work I monitored and continue to take photos and sent to Bill. Bill came by a day later to look at the stones and offered $200 off the initial price. I had said that I don't agree with that and would like to get a contractor for an estimate. Seem frustrated but wanted to get the right price. The contractor estimate was around $450 which was fair for the six or seven rocks that needed to be re-cemented and grouted. Bill called me back and said that bravo was not responsible for any property or home damage and the company would be willing to pay half of the cost to repair the stone. Might explain to Bill, but I am frustrated and do not accept that term I would expect them to pay to get the stone repaired to make it right. And nowhere in the contract or invoice does it say that bravo is not responsible to any damage of the property or home. I have not had a response from bravo in three days but I have received an email from Bill letting me know that he is no longer on this job. read more

Review for Bravo Fence (Marietta Branch) From start to finish, my experience was outstanding, and exceeded my expectations. Monica Alvarez was the Project Mgr for this job, and she was prompt, knowledgeable, competitive, and maintained outstanding communication throughout the process, whether by email or telephone. My existing 6' dogear privacy fence in the back yard was about 20yrs old, had reached its end of life, and needed replacement. Our needs were simple - remove the old fencing, posts, and gates and replace it exactly. The Bravo price was competitive, I was able to get on the schedule quickly, and as promised the workers arrived right on time, worked feverishly, and completed everything in a single day. The Quality of Materials was very good, as well as their Quality of Work, and the cleanup was complete. I am pleased with this entire experience, and can highly recommend Bravo Fence. read more

Doors needed to be self closing because of our pool. 1 year later a bunch of wood pickets (already stained/sealed) are warping big time, springs on the doors do not close the door, hinges were falling off. All of these items are listed as warranty in the contract they provide. When contacted, they replaced some pickets, removed self closing springs from both entrances, stating they needed to replace them. They never came back, never communicated the plans and have ignored all of my inquiries through email and am told they will call back when called. None of this has happened, but in fact they sent a bill to my wife's email address (who was not the one contacting them). Continue to email them with no response. 3+ months now. Bravo Fence - Fences & Gates Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

I will start by specifying that before the sale they were very responsive and open to negotiating the price, very friendly, etc. The chaos started after the installation. It's so disgusting and obvious that all they care about is making a sale, they do not care about customer retention or respecting quotes or contracts! The installers wanted to rush and just finish a lousy job in one day! Even though we didn't have the final walk and expressed our thoughts with respect to the adjustments that should have been done, they dared to send us the final payment! How can you send your final payment when you are not respecting your installation contract? Finish your job first... The whole reason why we chose to build a fence around our house was so that our dog has enough freedom to run and play without a leash, and not worry that he could jump in front of a car. This is exactly where BRAVO FENCE HAS FAILED US! The final walk with the installers, as promised before starting this process, didn't happen, it was dark when they finished the installation, and we couldn't check the fence until the next morning. This is when we noticed the adjustments that should be made. The main gate is not set closer enough to the ground, our dog has ESCAPED from our backyard, and he is not a small dog, he is a medium breed, blue heeler. We even put this specific arrangement on the quote and obviously, it wasn't respected! I really hated to see that and it's so worrying because our dog means a lot to us! But, I promise that we will not get over this incident, our next step would be to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division. Some of the pylons are not well grounded and not sturdy, and the fence is unstable when you shake it. The installers left cement in the middle of the garden... The lockers of the main gate are so badly installed, every time we open it or close it, it scratches deep into the pylons! Should I even specify that we wanted to make a change and have the second gate slightly bigger and they sent us an obnoxious quote? We even asked for this mid-day, long before they even finished the full installation. I would never recommend them, they only care about the money! How can you trust them to respect their warranty when they don't even make the needed adjustments when the project is ongoing? Right now, we are basically pushing to schedule a meeting with the installation team to have our fence adjusted... We have been ghosted. read more

We had problems with starting this job, but the real problems began after they finished the fence. I wish they had requested a check to be given to the crew the day they finished because they have hounded me like a collection agency since. They call, email, and text every single day! Hello Bravo! Every vendor allows a minimum of 30 days to pay so why are you treating me like someone that wronged you? I would have given you a check the day you finished, but you didn't ask for it. Instead you release the office trolls to try to make my life miserable. Change your payment options so it is more enjoyable for a former customer. I would never use you again! read more

The price of the fence repair job kept changing. Originally I was quoted $1400 to fix 5 panels of 6 feet fencing based on the pictures I sent them of my fence. When the crew arrived to repair my fence, the worker found that the fence that needed to be repaired needed to be 8', not 6'. So I spoke with the representative by phone and he quoted me a price to fix not just 5 panels but 6 panels of 8' for $1700 on the phone. I was not sure about the 6th panel being on my property so I asked for a quote for 5 panels of 8' fencing. He said the price had to be the same at $1700. So that was fine. The mistake was on my end with the confusion with the fence height. I spoke with the crew asking if I could keep the wood for the 6th panel since I was quoted the same price for 6 panels and he said that was fine. Three hours later (they had worked on another part of the fence in the morning) when they needed to switch the material from the 6' fencing they brought to the 8' fencing, all of a sudden the price changed to $1900 for 5 panels of 8' even though we agreed on the price in the morning on the phone for $1700. The person in charge of billing said it was suppose to be $2100 but he would do me a "favor" and knock the price down to $1900. Very unprofessional to change the price after they did earlier work on a different part of the house. His excuse was he wasn't in the office when he quoted me the price and that $1700 wouldn't pay for the cost of the material and labor. If you quote a customer a price and both parties agree on the price, then that is what the price should be. It should NOT change halfway through finishing the work because of an error on their part. I went ahead and had them do the work since they already knocked down a section of the fence they were going to replace, but I am a very unsatisfied customer. This is my second time using Bravo and I will not be using them again which is unfortunate since I had such a good experience the first time I used them. TLDR: The company reneged on the agreed upon price and increased the bill halfway through the work. I would NOT recommend their company. read more

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! to Bravo, Monica customer service is amazing! Bravo installed and Stained my Fence July of 2021. I had mold issues in 2022. I notified Bravo Stain and they came out and pressure washed my fence. Then I was recommended to go with a Solid Stain, instead of Semi-Transparent. Willmar then showed me additional pictures of the work he's done with the color I chose. I was so nervous I was scared to look out the window. Overall very happy, I got a 156 linear foot square fence installed for my backyard. My original install date was almost a month out, and upon my request, they found me an earlier install date. The crew consisted of two guys, came at 9am and stayed until about 7pm. Nice guys that seemed to know what they were doing. The fence overall looked uniform and secured. I requested during the install that they replace 2 boards that were put up due to a defect (chips/deformalities) in the wood. The workers gladly replaced them. I hawked over the install at least 4-5 times while they worked. The fence looks great, I've got some privacy, and two nice gates that allow me access in and out with my yard tools. The only reason I voted 4/5 is because the last hour the workers were here, they seemed to be rushing to finish. It was getting dark so they were packing up to leave quickly. As a result, the following day I found some nails on the ground and blocks of wood that were cut during the job that were trash. Unfortunately it was dark when I did a final walkthrough so it's a miss on my part. No biggie, got it done. Most important, the price was awesome and I think I got the most bang for my buck.
