Best customer experience so far from a professional fencing company! I came across Ergeon while looking on the Internet for a fencing company to help me with a residential project in Stone Mountain. I also had other recommended pros in the area to compare to, and I started bidding with a couple of them. I was contacted by an Ergeon Sales Rep, Kelly Caracciolo and from then on the experience turned into something different, positively speaking. Not only I have received estimates in a timely manner but also in a very professional way. They do several types of fences and even create 3D models to help clients understand some of the not-so-obvious details of the project. Kelly keeps communication on a very high level, making sure you receive, review and understand the information provided. We quoted and hired Ergeon after getting quotes from three different companies in the area. We can attest that Ergeon has the best value for money and the end result was simply great. The fence looks sturdy, well placed and the installers handled it beautifully well. We felt like from the beginning--from the first quote, which we did online!--to getting our project manager assigned to the site inspection to finally the installation, everything was done under the time that they said it would, the quote was as clear as possible, the signing off was good. Basically, every step of the way was handled really well and one thing that Ergeon gets right is communication: we were informed of progress each step of the way. But I'm used to getting a quote the old way... making an appointment, invariably they will show up late and spend an endless amount of time walking round the property... Ugh! That's time lost I'll never get back!!!! BUT, this is NOT WHAT HAPPENED with ERGEON... Over the phone I was sent text messages with samples of different styles offenses to choose from... Easy-peasy! We set a date and time and with a little magic from technology, that I easily downloaded to my phone... I walked around, while talking to the representative. And, Wala! With the conversation we had, the video we made together while walking around, some use of satellite images of my home... and, I'm sure they had some other magic sprinkled on top... I'm going to have to say I have received the best customer service ever in the last 3 weeks that I ever have in my life. Kia has been AMAZING! It's been a very busy the last couple months for me and she had been by my side the entire time. I have missed calls and emails and Kia is there and patient with me no matter what. She is extremely helpful and just the sweetest person to talk to. Ergeon is very lucky to have Kia on there team. The customer service world isn't what it used to be, and working with Kia is just a blessing! She is helping me find the perfect fence for my pool and is willing to help even if I don't end up having Ergeon do the fence. I wish I could give 5-stars. The installation was excellent and exactly what we wanted. They were very accommodating and efficient. However, prior to the installation, I went weeks without an update on scheduling. I called several times to check-in and was told my project manager was busy and would call back later that day, but then wouldn't receive a call back. When I did get him on the phone finally, he was great; very responsive and helpful. The only other issue; I paid for demo and haul away but wasn't told until the day of installation that didn't include any tree limbs or undergrowth, even though it was discussed previously both on the phone and in-person at the pre-inspection. I'm not sure if this is typical, but in the future, I urge Ergeon to clarify this with customers so they fully understand what they're paying for. read more

I worked with an amazing sales rep named Vanessa she was so hands-on and helped me through my fence installation process. She worked with me for 3 months until i got my approval from HOA to even get the fence installed. She checked in twice a week sometimes even more just to make me feel like I mattered as a customer and that I was not forgotten. I wanted for months to get the approval and she was right there with me every step of the way. If I needed additional pictures or quotes she was right there. Even on her off days she would check in or email me immediately with an update. She was patience and so supportive. I loved her energy, her patience, her love for the company and her honesty. The quality of business you're dealing with begins with the receptionist. Kathrine is a gem and really has the professional grace of a Saint. She was absolutely amazing and responsive. With all the steps that go into waiting for surveys, markings, and HOAs, she kept in touch with me and was never pushy. Edger was on top of all of my questions and concerns once we got to scheduling the walk through and installation dates. Due to weather, there were many delays but they always provided timely communication. The installation team was respectful and cleaned up after themselves, which does not seem to be the standard with some companies. Overall, I recommend this company. They know the laws in the state and county. Other companies could not answer those questions so there was no need to wait on picking a company. read more

I wish I could give Ergeon a perfect 5 star. The only issue I had was my Gothic Post Toppers were not available at the time of installation. I was told the we needed to postpone the installation for a few days until the post Toppers were in. The guys showed up installed the fence, still no post Toppers. I was told they would be in the following Tuesday. No Toppers. I had to contact project manager for status. I was told another Tuesday they would be in. No Toppers. I had to call again. The Toppers were in later that week and installed that following Saturday. IM SO HAPPY. They look amazing. Thank you Johnny for being responsive and I can't fault you if you don't have the inventory. I could not have asked for a better experience. Starting with obtaining the quote to the actual installation was easy. The customer service was A + from start to finish. Their prices were more than competative. I had received other quotes that were al ittle less, however, that did not include removing and hauling away the existing fence. This was included in my quote which made going with this company a no brainer. There was a delay in installation, but they contacted me and explained why. When they were ready to install, they were at my house exactly when they said they would be and completed the project in one day. This company from the very beginning with the sales rep who was Katherine made us feel very comfortable and gave us no reason to doubt them. Because we could see that they were being honest and cared about us and the project. They gave us very clear step by step details on what they were doing and what we needed to do. They were very professional and they treated us like a person and not like someone who they could get money from. Carlos was the project rep and he genuinely cared about us and the project. He would make sure that we understood what was going to happen, how it was going to get done and when. Our project was very small but they made us feel big. I didn't end up going with them at the moment but the quote they gave me was done very quickly. Sherica was very helpful. I will say I submitted my fence request to my HoA and had to wait a few weeks for approval and they were relentless in contacting me. It was actually outrageous. I told them when I submitted and that it might take a while (which it did, 3 weeks) but I still got texts almost twice a week. That was too much. I was pressured to sign the contract before I got the approval which I refused to do. I still got texts requesting something a few times a week. So they might be too responsive but they did seem professional. I still plan on using them when I install my fence, but I'll have to tell them that they send too many texts. read more

My nextdoor neighbor had discussed getting a new fence since the one between our yards was literally falling down in some areas. They went ahead and got a quote from Ergeon Fences and gave them my contact info. Harold called and texted me within a day. When I finally had time to call him, he was super nice and offered me a virtual appointment that same day. It ended up working out great for me. Harold was very, polite and knowledgeable. He set up our appointment using Google Meets and I was able to walk through my yard to show him our current, dilapidated fence. Ms. Kia was my agent for a wooden fence installation. She was very articulate about the steps required to obtain a quote based on the style of fence preferred. She was friendly, respectful and provided timely answers to my questions and concerns. She communicated what she needed to see in my backyard and taught me how to navigate the camera to show her the locations based on the service connections on the wall of the home and preferred fence. Laura (project manager) and Harold (sales team) did and excellent job working with us to put up the fence we wanted. We had multiple hiccups on our part but both handled it for us quickly and were very responsive. Harold (sales team) went the extra mile and found us an excellent tree pruner company that did an amazing job cutting back trees in order for the fence to be installed properly. Laura did an excellent pivoting when we had hiccups with our neighbors and needed to adjust our fencing line last minute. She also communicated with us via email, text and phone quickly and promptly. We started the process for a new driveway and a new fence and were helped by Kelly in the initial stages. She was great! Very polite and very patient. We were unsure which way to go and she gave us several options and worked with our changing plans. Although my husband and I are still in the process of making a decision, the customer specialist, Sherica Miller, has been nothing but phenomenal! She was very pleasant to speak with and extremely knowledgeable about fencing and all that it entailed. Customer Service was excellent, quick response, their process for estimating the proposed work by video chat is awesome, which allows them to see the existing conditions and where the proposed work is to be installed is ingenious, plus using the Google earth software to get linear footages and a picture of the project site for a clear estimate or even multiple estimates if needed.
