I ordered a dumpster for next day delivery. It was delivered the next afternoon. The driver put skids under the dumpster to protect my driveway from damage and dropped the bin exactly where I wanted it. Though it was a seven day rental, I was finished in three days. I called for an early pickup. Unfortunately, I had to wait a couple days, but no big deal. Pickup was done as easily as delivery. I have used this company several times and unfortunately this will be my last. I missed a call at 5am from an unknown number, and apparently it was bin there dump that. Since I didn't answer, I woke up to an immediate $100 fine because they couldn't get access to my home for a pick up. Called to complain, but the person who answered said they didn't have the authority to do anything about it. The manager later refused to issue a refund and said it was in their terms and conditions and the fee would stand. Amazing how poorly they would treat a repeat customer. Go somewhere else. The dumpster was delivered as promised complete with wood to protect my drive. It was pretty clean for a dumpster and the company was easy to work with. Only con would be that the tall 20yard dumpster is not as convenient as the long rectangular shape I'm used to. Once you filled the dumpster enough to have to close the doors you are stuck throwing the remaining junk over a 6ft wall. Unless you get on a step stool when loading the rest of your junk it is difficult to thoroughly pack the dumpster. read more

Terrible experience. This company (West Palm Beach Bin There Dump That)advertises themselves as Friendly, Professional and Respectful. This could not be further than the truth. The manager Christine is ruthless! I ordered a 10 cubic ft. dumpster for a minimum of 7 days. After the first 2 days I called back to find out the pricing to keep it for a month. Not only did we not get pricing, we got a ton of attitude. Not sure why. Couldn't get a straight answer and was told to call back the Tuesday after Christmas and talk to someone. Ok , no problem I thought. Honestly we were just happy to get off the phone with the nasty unhelpful manager Christine. This was Wednesday. Went to our project (house) on Friday to check on work, only to find that the dumpster was gone. They took it away. No reason, no excuse, no help. They admitted it was there mistake and offered $25.00 off price. WHAT!!!!! Im paying people to stand around because we have no dumpster, That the manager Christine told me my contract was actually for 10 days! WHAT?????? So why did you take it away, It wasn't full and the delivered it originally at 3:00 pm. So I barely had it 3 days, wanted to extend it. I've used BTDT twice for household remodel projects. They're quick to bring a dumpster. They have smaller bin options for smaller projects. And the prices are very reasonable. It's a much better option than one of those bag things from WM that rips apart and holds way less than their smallest dumpster. I highly recommend them. They leave the driveway free of scratches because they place the dumpster on pads. Also the driver swept up the little bits that seem to end up underneath before leaving with the full dumpster. read more

We searched around for the best company to rent a dumpster and what caught our eye was that Bin There Dump that would place wood on your driveway to protect it and then clean up any mess under the area where the dumpster was when they picked it up. We wanted a morning delivery and morning pick up and they were able to accomodate that request. The drivers were very nice and professional. Needed a dumpster, not a box. They took my money regardless, said they already have my card number so I can't do anything. I called in for a 20 yard dumpster to load up with a bobcat. They brought one out with high walls that would get damaged (bobcat can't reach high enough). I told him i don't want to risk damaging their dumpster and I need a long one with low walls.. they gave me a hard time and argued with me. I'm a general contractor in commercial construction and this isn't my first rodeo. Customer service was crap as they tried to make me look stupid. I will NEVER use the again, I suggest others do the same. Damage to a dumpster happens, part of the business they're in. Find one around town that isn't a little messed up. My experience with this company was less than desirable from inception. If you want to know how unscrupulous companies operate, then please read on. Initially it started out fine. I called and spoke with Linda over the phone, and the scope of work on our roof tear down and reinstall. She recommended a dumpster size of 20 yards. The dumpster was delivered the next morning. The work was performed and completed as expected. I contacted the dumpster company to pick up the dumpster as the job was complete. This was 3 days after initial drop off on a Friday. The Spanish gentleman that showed was unable to load the dumpster. He made several attempts to perform the load and failed. I was then informed he had a flat tire and sure enough, one of the tires was flat, having a tear in the sidewall of the tire. I offered to help and hooked up my air compressor to fill his tire on the rig. I tried to plug the tire but didn't have one on hand. He said he needed a larger rig, which I was surprised to hear, the dumpster was barely half full/"Level Load". He said someone will come out tomorrow (Saturday) with a larger rig capable of picking up the pay load than his smaller truck. I said that would be fine. No call no show on Saturday. Monday came, I called the office and they said someone would be out on Friday. Friday comes, and I was surprised a different gentleman showed up with the same size rig as the previous driver. Maybe this was a magical truck that could pick up the same size load. I'll mention that I was not at home and my property is gated, I requested a call before coming as there was no access for property entry. I had to come home, to let the gentlemen in. This trip resulted in the same outcome as the initial pickup. The rig could not pick up the 60% full dumpster. I wasn't surprised as the first truck, same size a week earlier. I asked why they didn't bring a larger rig? He didn't know. I called the company and spoke with the owner Kevin, I was told they were getting a larger truck and it would be next week. I said that would be fine. I was then told they would have to charge me for the two failed trips to retrieve the dumpster at a "Discounted" charge of $150.00. I wasn't happy to hear this, considering the circumstance. But I said ok, send me the bill, then I will see about making a payment. I was shocked to find that my credit card had been charged $150.00 the next morning. The have my card # on file? Very shady! A week passes with no word. I call the company, it will be next week when we get the larger truck. 1 week, I call the company and was told yet again, it will be the Following week when we can come pick it up. Strung along 4 weeks, I also had to leave my gate open and property unsecure, the drivers just show up at random times, 6:00 A.M. etc. If the gate is not open when they show up without calling ahead, they may charge my account for another wasted trip! Never mind the dumpster blocking my garage vehicles or the 4 weeks of rain that washed roofing nails from under the dumpster into my driveway, and I had to replace a $280 tire. Had the dumpster been removed, I could have cleaned nails up. Finally 4 weeks after the dumpster was dropped off, they show up one morning and pick it up! Hallelujah! the green demon is gone! The coup-de'ta' is having my card charged "Again" without my consent, $190 overage on the weight of the half full dumpster. I'm pleased that my $380 dumpster rental for 3 days turned into a month long ordeal, and $720 bucks + $280 for a tire. $1,000 Dumpster rental! Bin there Dump that was NOT prepared to pick up a dumpster, and penalized the customer for not having the equipment to remove the dumpster, and erroneous charges on my account. There was no customer service here. If I had a dumpster in a customers driveway for 4 weeks because my company didn't have the right equipment to retrieve, I would give some type of customer service credit. Or eat some of the charges as it wasn't the customers fault. Not the case here, I was stuck with this nasty green dumpster blocking my garage for a month, and had my account charged freely. Not the way I do business. I hope anyone reading this review I can spare the frustration of something similar happening to them. There are plenty of other companies I can use in the future. Otherwise, if you like having your credit card charged randomly, amounts you don't agree with, then this may be the company for you. I am filing a dispute with the credit card company, based on that outcome, I am leaving a review to fit. Had the owner Kevin, made some effort of customer service in this mishap, or the inconvenience of a dumpster for a month, then I would likely be writing a sterling review about how great my experience was. Sadly, it was a bad experience overall, and I only hope to educate the public with my review. When I called the staff was polite, knowledgeable and took his time to answer all the questions I had. They were extremely easy to work with and I had called other Companies. They arrived early and the great part was I didn't have to be home. When I checked underneath, it was not touching the bottom of the concrete.
