I hired this company about a year ago. I paid to have 3 men to move my items. Only two showed up…read moreand one was old enough to be my grandfather and had a bad limp. When I called the owner who was super nice when I FIRST called him, she showed up and stayed for about an hour and left. The movers were SO slow. It took them almost 12 hours to complete a 4 hour job. The movers were so tired, that they told me they were leaving and going home. They damaged several of my items and told me that the owner was not going to pay them no matter what, so they were done. I had to pay them additional money directly to complete my job. The owner did not care! He wanted the balance of the money when they started to unload the truck, even though most of my items were still at my old home. Needless to say, hundreds of dollars out of pocket, damaged furniture, and over a $1000 of dead fish from my saltwater aquarium. The fish died due the delayed moving. It was a complete nightmare. I would have sued the company, but I was dumb and did not get a contract in writing. Please do not hire these people. Please be warned. I found them on Angie's List thinking that this was a reputable service - NEVER AGAIN. They should be put out of business.

Look anywhere else…read more My sister used them for her move last month and to say they're piss poor is an understatement. Upon arrival there was 1 mover, 2 hours later the 2nd mover showed up. They called ahead of time to say they wouldn't have the size truck they needed then when they got there there were rushing saying they had to get to another move before we could even get through hers. When the 2nd person arrived they both started shoving things to fit in the small truck and even her car. After telling them several times to be careful with how they were positioning and placing things in the truck they still broke several expensive things, even now we're still finding out things they broke and tried to rig together until they were gone. I e contemplated reporting them to the BBB because they truly shouldn't be operating if all of their logistics are together, because we're paying hard earned money to get her things transported safely to its next destination. They made 2 trips but still left a living room full of stuff because they had to get to their next move. They stayed for long enough to put most of the stuff in the garage and left so we ended up having to take everything upstairs and into the house. We were not offered a discount for the inconvenience, an apology for the damaged items, literally nothing. They're terrible.
