Craig replaced a GFCI outlet. Watching Craig work, I could see that he is skilled in electrical work. He had the right tools and knew exactly what to do. Craig has been to our house multiple times, and has replaced or repaired lots of stuff. He installed our water heater after the really old one pooped out. He's replaced ceiling fans, installed handles in both our bathrooms, he has mounted all of our flat screens. Not sure how so many people had such good experiences, mine ended up with more problems than what I began with. I just needed somewhat simple fixes done around the house and Craig did end up doing most of the things we agreed to such as organizing the sink battery pack and installing a door smart lock. However, it turns out that now my sink faucet doesn't work anymore and I can't pry off my deadbolt lock (I have a smartlock right now that I want to replace with the August smartlock). Tried contacting Craig about what happened with the sink and just gave me answer that anyone with common sense would have thought of (switching out the batteries). I again asked him what he suggest I should do to solve the problem. No response. On a side note, I do want to note that THEY WILL nickle and dime you.
