Then the man tried to bring out more flooring that was warped just like the first flooring but he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if he put this flooring down and it was the same way that I would not take him to small claims court again. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage

I found it very difficult to find anyone who could help or even answer the phone on a Saturday. I found Matt through an internet search. Matt came out on Sunday to take measurements to ensure he picked out the right replacement and we scheduled time for the install. Matt was very friendly, pays close attention to detail, and works hard to do the job well. He took great care using drop cloths to protect the floor and was very clean. He did an excellent job and his price was very reasonable. He went out of his way to adjust one of our bedroom doors and fix our closet door for no charge. I would highly recommend him for any carpentry work and attic ladder replacement.

Chastain Wood Floors has done work for me since I remodeled my first home in Georgia back in 2006…read more That home saw several phases of remodel with their own needs, and Jerry and his crew always met the task head-on with excellent results. Whether it was a simple one-room refinish, a multi-room relay, leveling and installing over concrete, or lacing in 40+ boards when a wall was eliminated here or there, the work was always done efficiently and with beautiful results. Most recently they did a multi-room finish on a property; started sanding before the ink was dry on the closing papers. One solid day later the floor had been sanded, patched, filled, and had two coats of poly on it. A third coat on the subsequent day and a few days to dry and this floor was ready to be walked on! Joe worked entirely on his own, carefully protected everything, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I later referred Joe to a client with a million-dollar home who was told by several companies that she needed all new floors. Joe refinished them instead, saving her a lot of money, and several of her neighbors ended up hiring him as well. Joe also refinished the floors and stairs in my second home. basement remodel : I hired Nick Ray to remodel a home in Roswell. The previous owner did some…read moreremodel work in the basement by expanding the bathroom and adding a small kitchenette with cute tile etc, he also divided the living area into a smaller living area and a bedroom. We hired Nick to open up the two rooms, remove the paneling walls. Sheet rock them and raise the celing from 7 ft to 8 ft. Nick re- worked the duck working so that the ceiling being raised would work. He installed Saltillo tile flooring in the area to match what was already in the living portion of the room. But to top it all off, I was so glad I hired Nick, as he uncovered a great mistake the previous owner did when he added the kitchette and expanded the bathroom size. The previous owner cut out load baring wall that supported the upstairs hallway and bathroom. Nick came up with a solution that saved taking the bathroom and kitchette out. We also had him take live edge walnut wood that we bought in Tellico Plains and created a bar edge around our pool table, redid the stairs with the walnut steps and reworked the kitchette to have raw edge details. The basement is now a masterpiece that no other person can have. Thanks Nick for saving my home from collapsing on me and giving me a uniquely different man's cave for my wonderful husband.
