Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to solving the issue--not just rushing through a job. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in plain language so I knew exactly what was going on and what my options were. The technician was courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up after the work was finished. The repair itself was done efficiently and the results have been flawless. Onsite TV and Appliance Repair is an EXCELLENT company with which to do business! First, this…read morerepair shop is extremely convenient because they provide in-home service. Mr. Nelson Riche is the gentlemen who came to our home exactly at the time we had arranged, and he was friendly, reliable, professional, courteous, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. He was able to discern, immediately, what was wrong with our TV set. Moreover, even though our TV is almost 20 years old, he was able to quickly disassemble our TV to find the damaged part, and, most importantly, he was able--with one phone call--to find the 20-year-old part needed to replace our damaged one! Moreover, Mr Nelson Riche's service prices are very reasonable. He only charged $50.00 to come to our home to diagnose the problem with our TV. Then, he told us exactly what it would cost to repair the problem. If he cannot fix it, he will tell you that, honestly, right up front. I would highly recommend Mr. Nelson Riche's services to my family and friends, and should any appliance repair be needed in our home, we will certainly use his services again. Onsite TV and Repair is a company whose service you can trust, and Mr Nelson Riche is a gentleman on whom you will likely call again and again for any TV or other appliance repair and/or new appliance installation. I gave this company 5 stars, but If I could have, I would have given Mr Nelson Riche and Onsite TV and Appliance Repair a perfect-- TEN STARS!
