I highly recommend Firebrand Roofing and owner Boaz Clark!…read more Boaz has worked with both my home in Chamblee and my mother's home in Madison, Georgia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provides. At my mother's home, he went above and beyond by meeting with the insurance adjuster multiple times, documenting the hail damage with excellent photos, and advocating tirelessly to help get the roof approved for insurance coverage. His knowledge of the claims process and willingness to fight for his customers truly set him apart. At my home, Boaz inspected my roof, provided fair and detailed quotes for chimney repairs, deck staining, and roof washing, which we'll be moving forward with this fall. While he was already on the roof, he even took the time to perform a complimentary service by blowing leaves and debris out of the roof valleys around the chimney. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. Boaz and the entire Firebrand Roofing team are professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and do the little things that make a big difference. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Firebrand Roofing. You won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic experience with Firebrand Roofing and can't recommend them highly enough. From…read morethe very beginning, they were incredibly honest and straightforward--something that really stood out compared to other companies we spoke with. They never tried to upsell or push unnecessary work, and only recommended what they would feel comfortable doing on their own home, which gave us a lot of confidence in their integrity. Bobby Strong was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He personally came out to our home multiple times to make sure everything was exactly right and that we were completely satisfied. That level of care and attention is rare. The final product looks great, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing company that truly stands behind their work, Firebrand Roofing is the way to go!

I noticed after the storm last night that hit my house, that my gutters needed to be looked at and cleaned out. I sent a message out through Yelp and received a phone call immediately from a lovely woman named Jean at Reset Roofing asking what it is that I need to have done at my house. I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. She asked for my name and address and told me she was able to schedule me for a free consultation and that they could be out this afternoon. I told her that was wonderful. She gave me the name of the gentleman that would be coming out to assess the project, and his name is James Connor. James Give me a call when he was on the way to my house... He was also about 45 minutes early, which was fabulous! I showed him what needed to be done and he pulled out his ladder and tools and went right to work saying "this is a very easy fix" and "I can do it right now for you". I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes. When all was said and done, James did not charge me a dime! I was very impressed with his good attitude, quick wit, and efficiency by getting the job done quickly and in good standards. I am giving James Connor a five star rating for his professionalism and a job well done. You should definitely reach out to Reset Roofing For anything that deals with your roof or gutters. The first thing they will do is set you up for a consultation, which is free and then move forward after you get to review a quote along with any pictures that the roof consultant emails to you. You can find Reset Roofing online, Facebook, and Instagram. They were professional from start to finish!
