Let's talk about the light: It's hanging from a 9 foot ceiling in the stairwell . Jonathan arrived prepared with the right sized ladder and fixed the problem with ease. Oh, he also secured my dishwasher so it wouldn't keep sliding out of it's area whenever I use it. While he was working, I started making a mental list of things I will have him come back to do. Jonathan is also very friendly and shared with me homeowner tips about things I did not know prior. I looking forward to hiring Jonathan again to handle my to do list . My only regret was that I did not know Jonathan sooner to have these things taken care of.

His rates are fair, and he doesn't cut corners. When my clients need a handyman, I tell them to look no further for almost any small-to-medium job. If Adam Smith himself had owned a pressure washer, he still couldn't have produced the "invisible…read morehand" that Handy Marin Services brought to my deck. This poor deck hadn't been cleaned in years--long enough that I was considering charging admission as a mossy nature preserve. One afternoon with Handy Marin and suddenly I'm looking at wood grain I forgot existed. It's like depreciation reversed before my eyes. As if restoring the deck weren't enough, he also re-hung the wayward shutters on the front of my home. Think of them as irrational markets suddenly corrected--now everything looks balanced, stable, and dare I say, aesthetically efficient. The work was quick, thorough, and surprisingly affordable--an optimal equilibrium of quality and cost. I rarely give out 5-star reviews (my students will attest to this), but in this case, the marginal utility is through the roof. Handy Marin Services earns my highest recommendation. If you want your home to look less like a neglected externality and more like a well-run economy, call this man immediately.

We're thrilled with Peach Handyman Services, and will consider them to be our #1 handyman. PHS…read moreowner Mr. Jaime Guevara did a great job installing our new dining room light fixture. He has personally built his own home and is capable of doing all kinds of repair and handyman work. Mr. Guevara went above & beyond to expertly install the new light fixture in spite of the fact that we mistakenly had the wrong bracket & screws. He immediately & quickly bought the correct bracket & screws at a local Home Depot, and although those screws were still too long (as opposed to ours which were too short) he used his metal cutting tool to cut the screws to the correct size. He was also very tidy as he left his shoes at the door, brought in his own moving pads to protect both our dining table and the floor, and swept up the work area afterwards. Mr. Guevara of Peach Handyman Services was always great at communicating to us very cheerfully from beginning to end from the first contact to the end of an expertly done job. He is prompt, professional, upbeat, and always demonstrates a very genuine desire to cheerfully do the desired job to our satisfaction and at a very fair and competitive price. We're very grateful to have discovered a local, reliable handyman that owns his own business. It was also a delight to get to know him and his family as we talked during his work. It's interesting to note that he is the author of his inspiring life journey, Bridges to Dreams. We highly recommend Mr. Jaime Guevara of Peach Handyman Services and look forward to both reading his book and calling him again for all of our future handyman needs.
