From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. We had a scheduled move for July 18, 2024, at 9AM with a contracted amount for $600. The movers showed up around 11:30AM. The owner, Jalen Figueroa offered a "small discount" for the delay. Once the movers finally arrived, they indicated that the move shouldn't take long because everything was so organized. However, the movers were not able to load and unload the same day. We had to sleep on the floor because they could not get the bed unloaded and set up. The movers did not leave until 11PM. The owner offered to send additional movers, however, that did not happen due to "unforeseen circumstances" according to the owner. The original movers had to return the next day to finish the job. During the move, several items were broken - to include our bed. Pictures and videos were sent to the owner. Initially he stated that he didn't know what to do or how to resolve it because he needed to make money off of the move. He refused to refund and did not file an insurance claim. He eventually called back and offered to refund some of the money (although much less than what I asked for.) A contract for the refund was received on July 26. To date, no payment/refund has been received. The owner has not returned phone calls, emails or texts. The company also changed its Facebook name to America's Best Movers.

But, be aware, they have insurance to cover damage they cause inside the home BUT NO INSURANCE to cover damage to your furniture and belongings that occurs during the transit from one house to the other.. I received compensation for the damages that occurred inside my home BUT nothing for the furniture damaged during transit..
