I booked my DASH shipment over the phone about 45 minutes before cutoff time (an hour before the flight departs). Arriving at the facility is a little overwhelming, as there are several dozen bays for 18-wheelers. Following the signs are simple enough. The cargo agent was friendly and knowledgeable. He followed all of the security procedures and paperwork, and even went above and beyond by finding me a used box for my shipment, a car key. My shipment was processed and delivered to and loaded on the plane in time, and my key was shipped home on the next flight to Lexington without an issue. My mom picked up the key at the Delta Cargo facility in Lexington 2 hours later. I'm not sure of another service with that type of turnaround.

In the past, I've been toward the end of the customer-service intensive line watching the people in front of me fail to avail themselves of an open POS terminal in which the clerk asked for shoppers. After 5 or 10 minutes, I moved to the POS aisle only to be berated by staff who think I'm cutting in line because I'm white and all these poor people in front of me are being dissed. I guess they'd rather stand there doing nothing than checking out customers. Today I stood in customer service line for over 30 minutes. At no time was a non-customer service-intensive POS terminal clerk available for customers who didn't have a "return issue" of some kind. When I got to the desk, I was told I was in the wrong line. At no time did ANYONE announce that they would take non-customer-service oriented (simple purchases) to the main queue. A time or two a manager came with (elderly) shoppers and then quickly moved off without asking if anyone else had regular purchases. To me it meant that they had no interest in helping customers check out. No questions about helping. It must be a game for them: get whitey to stand at a vacant terminal asking for check-out and be called names for being "entitled" or waiting in line while no one is the simple check-out line because no clerk is standing there and then get called out because I'm in the wrong line. Some annoying woman at the back of the line who had not seen anything that had happened or not happened over all this time started schooling me on etiquette and that she was sorry I didn't get the life I deserved. I will do just that....NEVER use this store (and for that matter, shop) at Camp Creek Marketplace.

I am so glad to have been assisted by them. As each listened to my request, I noticed how well them worked as a team. I was prepared to leave my project with them. However, they immediately addressed my project, after waiting a while the completed yearbook was returned to me. Not only did they prevent a return trip, but the finished product was much better than I expected! Great job to both of them! The customer is happy; and the parents were surprised by their gifts. ebay delivery showed delivered at 3:39 am on august 28th. no one drove by our house within an hour…read moreof that time. i checked the mail around 12:00pm....no mail. Our mailbox is secured with a lock and the mailbox was not tampered with. I checked our home footage and no one stopped by our mailbox all day. Tried calling the post office but the phone has been 'busy' (likely off the hook) for an for over an hour. It's now 1:40pm. I now believe the postal worker lost, stole, or misdelivered the item and I have no recourse....I had something very important to me in that mail which is why we had tracking on it.
