When questioned, they claim the "systems are already shut down," yet it is clear they are still assisting customers inside. Today, I experienced this firsthand and was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, particularly from the older gentleman on staff. I arrived with ample time to drop off a package but was denied service due to this practice. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.
