When questioned, they claim the "systems are already shut down," yet it is clear they are still assisting customers inside. Today, I experienced this firsthand and was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, particularly from the older gentleman on staff. I arrived with ample time to drop off a package but was denied service due to this practice. This behavior not only disregards posted business hours but also shows a lack of consideration for loyal customers.

My car broke down and I had to get a tow, when I called they said it would be 45 minutes till they got there. Fine. After about an hour, I called for an ETA (estimate time of arrival) and the lady who answered with no apology or anything said "We don't have anybody " and when I stated I've been waiting for 45-60 minutes for you guys, there was no sympathy/remorse for their lies/apology or anything.
