When questioned, they claim the "systems are already shut down," yet it is clear they are still assisting customers inside. Today, I experienced this firsthand and was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, particularly from the older gentleman on staff. I arrived with ample time to drop off a package but was denied service due to this practice. This behavior not only disregards posted business hours but also shows a lack of consideration for loyal customers.

I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

Horrible Store!!!! I needed to ship a small package for next-day delivery and paid $125 to ensure…read moreit would arrive on Saturday by noon. I arrived at the UPS Store in Covington #6787 on Friday at 10 a.m., and there was no line. The representative weighed my package, printed a label, accepted my $125 payment, and provided a receipt with tracking information. The next morning, around 9 a.m., I checked the tracking status, expecting it to show "out for delivery." However, it only indicated that a label had been created at 6:36 p.m. on Friday, the previous day, and that UPS had not yet received the package. This led me to believe the package was still at the store. I called the store, and management claimed that all packages had been sent out the previous night. If that were true, the package should have been scanned as received by UPS--but it wasn't. I strongly suspect my package is still sitting at the store. Something doesn't feel right about how this location operates. The UPS Store management at the Covington location (Store #6787) did not help provide answers or demonstrate a clear understanding of UPS's shipping process. UPS Corporate and The UPS Store network should not offer next-day delivery if they cannot meet the task, especially when charging customers $125 for subpar service and poor communication. I was on hold with UPS Customer Service for 15 minutes, just trying to find out where my package is. UPS Corporate was also Useless!!!!! If the store made a mistake and didn't send the package out on time, they should acknowledge it, give me the package back and issue a refund, and work to improve, rather than making excuses. My advice to other customers: skip UPS altogether and stick with the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS is more reliable, less expensive, and far more transparent. Now I have to contact my bank to dispute the charge just to get my money back in a timely manner.
