I have frequented the UPS Store in Conyers for many years, but after today I will not be returning. Although their posted hours state they close at 6 PM, the staff routinely shut down before that time, locking the doors and turning away customers who arrive as early as 5:55 PM. When questioned, they claim the "systems are already shut down," yet it is clear they are still assisting customers inside. Today, I experienced this firsthand and was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, particularly from the older gentleman on staff. I arrived with ample time to drop off a package but was denied service due to this practice. I have to drive a little farther and I do. I have not had a problem with this location. The employees that I have encountered have been friendly, respectful, and courteous. I used to take my packages to the one on Flat Shoals. It is always busy and they complain about taping up the smallest things. The tall guy is impolite. read more

I was returning an Amazon package but did not have the correct information for all my packages. The agent who was a black lady was very rude and never made eye contact. I returned the packages I could, but the level of customer service was horrible. The next Saturday I went back to return the package with the proper labels. The service was no better and the person appeared to be the owner. I explained how displeased I was the last time I was in this location. She never made contact regarding my shipping and when I complained about customer service she look at the man next to her, who I guess was her husband but never spoke English. I was received with rude and unprofessional matter by an employee by the name of Jason. Shipping had already been paid and I was there just to drop of the package. I was told on-line that the label could be printed out once I got there, however, Jason wasn't up for doing his job. He rudely told me that he couldn't print out the label!When I began to explain what was not explained to me, he told me to take my package somewhere else!!!! I asked to speak to the manager! The manager ( who was actually the owner) was able to print out the label and got me on my way! However, I will NEVER return to this location ever again! Packed a $9000, 123 pound embroidery machine in nothing but packing peanuts and single ply cardboard box with one strip of tape. When the machine arrived damaged an insurance claim was filed and corporate UPS eventually forwarded the claim to the store which has done NOTHING to process it. Arrived at store at 4:50 pm to a locked door and sign. The sign and the website list a closing time of 5:00. I knocked on the door and pointed to watch and the lady behind the counter just looked. If you close your store early post that as your hours. Poor business habit. Will not return to this location. read more

Sandy would not let me in the store because she said they were closed. I pointed out to her that the sign says she closes at 5:00 abs it's 4:57 and I already have a label on my package. I am trying to file a claim for a package that was deliver and put on the steps of an apartment building. It was a Green Bay Packer wreath I made for my daughter's birthday with a pair of Green Bay Packer earring. They are asking for receipts on items that I purchased in September 2019 to make the wreath in October. I wrote down what the materials cost and a picture of the wreath. My cost is less than $150 but it seem like there is going to be a problem collecting my claim. I inform "G" that I do not have the receipts, but he continue to tell me I need the receipts and the picture needs to be resend because it was distorted. I will resend the picture with the list of materials cost again. read more

Each time I frequent this store the employees are extremely rude. Today I was in line and the short lady behind the counter actually waited on the person behind me because I reached back to get my print. Guess why? Then the lady with blonde gray hair was accepting my payment asked did I swipe my card? I said yes I did while you were doing something else. No you didn't, do it again. I shipped a very expensive item from this store, it was destroyed, this store denied responsibility, put it off on UPS, UPS states that was The UPS Store at fault. In the end, my item is destroyed, the claim denied, I'm out a few thousand dollars as well as the $180.66 to ship including what was sold to me as insurance. read more

About two weeks ago on a Saturday at about 4:30 pm I went this store 2890 GA- 212 Ste A Conyers, GA 30094 one of the store associate that works there his name is Greg, skinny lanky guy dark skinned with glasses. He has the most horrible customer service skills ever. He is rude and disrespectful. I went to drop off my Xfinity equipment, per Xfinity they said all I had to do was a drop off. I went in to the store he was on the phone I showed him the equipment as a gesture just to let him know I was dropping it off ( I did not know I had to wait for a receipt) anyway so he rudely said: "I'M ON THE PHONE"! I decided to let it slide. Then once he gets off the phone he says our computer is down I have to call Corporate.. I said OK, but how long will this take? He says however long I don't know if you want to come back... all the while not looking at me and said it with an attitude. The worst thing he did? I told him I'm just going to leave my car is running. He grabbed my things slammed them inside the bag I brought with me, and to add insult to injury he slammed the bag with the equipment hard on the counter. You do not treat a customer like that!! I will be talking to the corporate office so they they retrain him and or reprimand him. He cannot be treating people like that! read more
