Poor quality black&white letter-size copies at 28cents each! No way to make copies legible. Yet receipt printed fine. Sad but true.

My community Staples is a go-to! Batteries, ship packages, travel accessories, etc. customer service is great and inventory is plentiful.

Nicole in printing was a lifesaver during a time when I needed assistance. So, my family suffered a terrible loss of my brother May 20th of this year. I was tasked with handling everything since our 93yo mother wasn't able and No one else stepped up. One afternoon I'm standing in the Stonecrest store looking lost and overwhelmed...Nicole simply noticed my presence, said I can help, and proceeded to do so. She helped me with every step of uploading, organizing, printing, and finishing my brother's obituaries. I was lost without her valuable knowledge, attention to detail, and assistance. I later discovered she was on her way to lunch when she elected to help me, which I appreciated more than words can express. I applaud Staples for allowing their teams to "service" customers beyond simply saying welcome in. From the bottom of my heart I thank Nicole for being observant and going the extra mile. read more

Honestly, best customer service I've had in a long time. Greeted as I walked in, asked by 3 different people if I needed help with anything. Store displays stocked well and clean. I will go out of my way to come to this location in the future. read more

This place is a damn joke. I will never spend another dime in this store. The issue is that everything I wanted to purchase was for a reduce price and they could honor the fact the items were in the wrong place and give it to me for the price it was advertised. It wasn't my fault they have staff that just put stuff anywhere and it is not my fault I picked up to purchase these items for that price. This was on 2 items I wanted to purchase not 1 but 2. Be careful purchasing at this damn store because they obviously are false advertising. The worst place ever. read more

Absolutely not helpful when it comes to their printing section. The machines weren't working properly and they suggested I spend more money on a USB rather than help me at the counter like another location did. They tend to talk down to customers. read more

We visited this store last month to get funeral programs printed out. We met Toni there in the print station to help us. She suggested a few items then showed me my draft on different paper selections. She was definitely there that day to help us because after loosing a loved one we needed a little guidance. She printed the info out and even cut it for me for free. She offered her condolences and that really stood out to me. Before she attempted to toss away the drafts, she also gave them to me instead. Which I kept as a keepsake. It's not often that people go out of their way to make someone else better, but Toni did that day! I am an artist and I was attempting to get a few posters made for and upcoming show. Everything was wrong from the 20minute wait, the cashier/printing associate being huffy and just throwing the poster size guide on the counter and walking away, no real customer service. Just to be told I could not make any posters because it was copyrighted material. Even though it was my work that I recreated. The cashier girl then rolled her eyes and said" THIS is YOUR work?! Tuh." No further explanation. Just no because it's copyrighted. It's fine I will take my business elsewhere. read more

This review is for Copy and Print. I absolutely love the staff there Tony in particular. She has such a pleasant and helpful spirit. She's a joy and always consistent. I've seen people be rude and she continues to be nice. She's definitely the reason I go there for print and copy. read more

This location has the worst customer service. I called on behave of our Dental company requesting an re-order of fliers that were printed in July. I called the original office this service was completed in the Acworth Location however at the time of requesting the re-print they were out of Matte paper so the file was sent to the lithonia location. After contacting the lithonia location and spending 20 min being transferred between department and sales associates the person who answered was very rude and not heplful at all. Sales Associate was not willing to look an locate the file that was sent, she repeatedly said that i needed to transfer it to the office my self i explained to her that this was done prior to me calling the office. She then said that she didn't even look to see whether they received the file or not. I asked to be transferred to a manager and she kept me on hold for another 5 minutes. Hung up and called back to only be placed on another hold for another 10 mins waiting to speak with a manager. You are providing a service for a company and this was very unprofessional-- My dental office has an event that needed fliers to be printed and the Acworth, Lithonia, nor McDonough was able to help. read more
