I always drop off Amazon returns at this location. I observed it's busier than other locations in the area possibly bc there are popular restaurants, hair salons, and Food Markets in the plaza. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. It's usually 4 Associates up front so it's rarely a long wait. Pricing is reasonable compared to the Post Office. I don't ship items often but when I do I come here. read more

A little goes a long way. Been to this place many times, but this time returning an item for someone else for Amazon that needed tape. Not a lot of tape, Another person was there he needed tape. They taped him but not me, his box was smaller and it was. My thing is all the business and I mean big business you doing for Amazon or anyone for that matter, with prices the way they are really....you guys should be rolling out the tape. But like I said a little goes a long way, stop sweating the little things like a piece of tape, about a foot long. Most of all don't do him and not me. I'm done. read more

Gaslighted a bunch of people into thinking I was a scammer, so about 2-3 years ago I mailed a package to a private mailbox there and they rejected my package because it didn't have the name registered to it, which was the policy. So it would've been fine if they had also rejected the tons of other packages that were also sent to the person whose mailbox it was. And for about a year until I finally convinced the person whose mailbox it was that UPS screwed up, he and all of his friends kept calling me a scammer. read more

After seven years of using their services, I have never experienced the following: -- lost packages -- stolen packages -- rain damaged packages -- no notifications of delivery. These are all the positive reasons of doing business with the Professional Staff here. Howard & Lorraine run a tight ship that is also friendly and outgoing. Friendly owner, but poor, rude, service by his staff. Megan was an overly aggressive "bull", and, Greta was a rude, standofish, arrogant, seemingly mentally disoriented young girl that blatantly didn't respect adult customers. The owner, Howard, panders to both of them rather than making corrective changes and I find this very strange. He fails to understand that they didn't respect me because they really don't respect him as an owner. Plenty of unemployed people at the moment. Wouldn't be much of a challenge to find employees that actually want to be there. I will never return to this location and I would not recommend it. read more

This is for the UPS in the Kroger shopping center. The young girl who greeted me was very nice however, the notary republic that they have here is quite rude! Both my husband and I felt the same way and didn't care for the way we were treated here. UPDATE!!!: I have since updated my review. I'm a big believer in second chances and owners showing they actually care about feedback (both good and bad). The owner took the time out to address my review and apologize and to me and that speaks volumes! If in need of a notary I would ABSOLUTELY go to this store and try them out again and see the outcome :) read more

Courteous and professional service, but if you're going in for notary service, please ask for a quote first. Only UPS store that I've experienced that charges $4.00. According to the UPS I usually have documents notarized, the fee is $2.00 unless an oath is taken. O.C.G.A. Title 45-17-11. They may not be aware of this code. read more

Love this store! Not only do they do a great job with packages but I am so thrilled with their photo work. I've had several challenging photo jobs I needed enlarged and printed, and each one has been absolutely excellent! The employees are wonderful with computer/photoshop knowledge and are very fast - and so interested in pleasing their customers! This store also offers Notary services (and witnesses as needed) for a very reasonable price. Since these stores are franchises, prices and quality - and services - are not all the same. Very in consistent. I took a package to ship back to amazon and the first time it went smooth and there was great service but the second time the service wasn't great at all. They told me because I brought my packages in and were not closed in with tape that they couldn't ship out and if I used there tape it would be 53 cents per package or I could get a roll for 3.99. I was shocked and dissatisfied with the service and I don't think I will be going back to this location. Other locations have boxed and taped amazon returns for me multiple times for free. read more
