I often come here to get my paperwork notarized. Although normally only manned by one person, I'm…read morenever in there for more than 5 minutes. Prices for the notary services are reasonable at $5 a stamp/page. What really made me love this place was the courtesy that the owner showed. Recently I left my ID there and didn't know. I returned from a trip to find a piece of mail in my mailbox stating that I left my ID and to please return. He was so cognizant and copied my ID on a scanner and printed it, then used a black marker to block out all of my information other than my photo. He also attached his business card and stated that he hopes this address is current and to please call him and that he will be holding it for me. In a world where people don't have the time or aren't courteous to protect another person's information I was just extremely impressed that he took the time to protect my information like that and thought of how someone could've utilized the information on my ID if for any reason my address wasn't updated. It's the little things and now this is likely the only place I will use moving forward.

I wanted to provide an alternate perspective from the other reviewers here, and say that I had a…read morewonderful experience with the notary at this location. I was a little wary because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.

I stopped in today because I've always tried to support this local business, and Sam is great. But…read moreunfortunately, this experience has changed my mind. Around 4:45 p.m., I went in to mail a simple greeting card to British Columbia, Canada. The employee's first suggestion was to send it via FedEx for more than $70. The process didn't seem correct as she was putting it in a shipping folder, I questioned why and when I asked if I could just mail it with stamps, she told me no. I explained that I had mailed greeting cards internationally with stamps before, including to Australia, and only then did she change her answer to say she didn't know how many stamps it would take. She actually asked me how many stamps I wanted to buy, which left me completely confused. I said I didn't know which is why I came to a mail Center. I want to believe this was simply an honest mistake by someone who hasn't been properly trained. However, it's concerning that a business providing mailing services couldn't determine the correct postage or take a moment to look it up. Had I been an older or more vulnerable customer who didn't know to question a $70 shipping quote for a greeting card, I might have paid it unnecessarily. I left without mailing my card because I no longer had confidence in the advice I was being given. I've been a loyal customer because I wanted to support a local business, but after today's experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this as an opportunity to better train staff so future customers receive accurate information and don't leave feeling as frustrated as I did. I returned home and did an online search to discover that all I need is USPS Global Forever stamps (costing $1.75).

The hours were awful for any normal working person, or the places were impossible to find. So I ended up here, and I was already really frustrated, so it was a pleasant surprise that this store and the lady that runs it was nothing like the other reviews made it out to be. The fingerprinting software itself is very particular and tedious! That has nothing to do with the location, that's just how it is. Be prepared to spend a few minutes working with the macihne and redoing a few fingers SEVERAL times. That just comes with the territory of these automatic machines. (I've been fingerprinted 4 times at other places in the past year, I consider myself an expert now.) Anyway, the lady working there doesn't go out of her way to cater to you and be overly polite, but she was in no way rude. She was professional, kind, and took care of business. I'm not sure why Jason wants to bring race into the argument, but we can do that too! I was the only "white" person in the joint. There were three other black people in the store at the same time as me, and she treated us all the exact same way: kindly and with respect. In fact, I saw her help out one of those people and gave her a discount for a service she was using! I would use this location again, and I will suggest it to others in my industry when they need finger printing done!

Zero stars would have been more accurate! Came up on my Android phone yesterday and said I needed…read moreto update my GMAIL account, otherwise my GMAIL wouldn't function properly. That was/is an outright lie! Screwed up all my settings and prevented me from doing what I normally do on my phone. Had a devil of a time uninstalling it, as it is very deceptive in that regard, as well. If EasyMail pops up on your phone, laptop, etc., save yourself a lot of aggravation and disregard it. It's a sham!
