This place is nothing like the other two reviews made it seem. I also had to go to be fingerprinted for a state license, and it seems like every location on that state fingerprinting list was a headache and a half to deal with. The hours were awful for any normal working person, or the places were impossible to find. So I ended up here, and I was already really frustrated, so it was a pleasant surprise that this store and the lady that runs it was nothing like the other reviews made it out to be. The fingerprinting software itself is very particular and tedious! That has nothing to do with the location, that's just how it is. Be prepared to spend a few minutes working with the macihne and redoing a few fingers SEVERAL times. That just comes with the territory of these automatic machines. (I've been fingerprinted 4 times at other places in the past year, I consider myself an expert now.) Anyway, the lady working there doesn't go out of her way to cater to you and be overly polite, but she was in no way rude. She was professional, kind, and took care of business. I'm not sure why Jason wants to bring race into the argument, but we can do that too! I was the only "white" person in the joint. There were three other black people in the store at the same time as me, and she treated us all the exact same way: kindly and with respect. In fact, I saw her help out one of those people and gave her a discount for a service she was using! Zero stars would have been more accurate! Came up on my Android phone yesterday and said I needed to update my GMAIL account, otherwise my GMAIL wouldn't function properly. That was/is an outright lie! Screwed up all my settings and prevented me from doing what I normally do on my phone. Had a devil of a time uninstalling it, as it is very deceptive in that regard, as well. If EasyMail pops up on your phone, laptop, etc., save yourself a lot of aggravation and disregard it. I only came here because I didn't want to go hunt down ink for my home printer. Mistake. This place is GROSS with a capital G.R.O.S.S. It is extremely dusty and unclean. There's also an odor. Guys I understand that these types of franchises can be stressful because they're not exactly cash cows BUT we still need to keep them clean for the people that do decide to give you a chance. I ended up going down the street to the UPS store where I imagine most people go once they see the condition of this place. Advise: clean up the place. read more

Ok so is this weird? I Took ny neighbor to get her fingerprint done to easy mail. Checked in and then shortly after the Lady who worked there helped us. She was rude and kept on " tsk-ing" because my neighbor couldn't roll her finger on the machine. Then after we got finished, worker wrote down the confirmation # and then tapped at a " tip jar" using her pen in front of the scanning machine motioning to us that we should tip.... So question is..- are we supposed to leave tip? read more

We were there at 10am on Saturday for fingerprinting - as it is advertised. When we arrived, the door is locked, and no one is answering the phone. A man drove up as we were standing there and informs us that "She isn't coming in today" and suggests we come back on Monday, as if we don't have jobs to report to during the week. That is why I was appreciative of the weekend hours they provided the service for. Just terrible business. I won't be returning or recommending to anyone else to waste their time! read more

This place is for when you are out of options. I went to drop off a FEdEx package with a preprinted label and I needed a receipt so I could track it. It was a very important package, returning a laptop to a client. The woman just took it and when I asked to see her scan it and give me a receipt she looked at me like I was crazy and said they don't do that here and don't have the equipment. Umm no thanks. I took my package to FedEx kinkos. Even though it was further away cause I needed to cover myself in case anything happens. read more

AVOID: My package was quoted at a 100% mark-up for a UPS Ground package. Yes...marked up 100%. Appx. $30 for a self-packed small 2lb box! I went to the UPS store (1 mile down the road next to Publix) after leaving here and the same package cost for UPS Ground was $15. I told the guy that the pricing was wrong and that I had sent larger and heavier packages on a regular basis via the UPS store for far cheaper. He told me I was mistaken and then I must have sent it through regular mail. I told him that I clearly recall where I have sent my packages, but he kept telling me that I was wrong and mistaken. He then said that UPS raises their prices every year and some BS. The guys running this place seem fresh off the boat in that they are severely lacking in customer service skills and cannot compete with the UPS store less than 1 mile north on State Bridge Rd. next to Publix. Easy Mail are resellers. I can understand a $3-5 fee on top of the ship cost, so that they can make money as a reseller for UPS. However, a 100% mark up is plain greedy and shady. The customers in front of me were being treated in a terse and rather rude manner. They were nickeled and dimed over every damn thing. I asked when it would be delivered. He couldn't give me an estimated arrival date, with is absurd if you are in the mail business and a reseller for UPS and FedEx. He just said 3-5 days without looking anything up or checking the delivery address. At the UPS store, they give you an estimated date of delivery as they should if you are paying them. After the ridiculous quote, I said "forget it" and took my business elsewhere. read more

Online it says they open at 9am. When I arrived piece of paper says they open at 10:40am, I decide to wait, no one shows up. I decide to give it another 30 or so. NOPE. I tried calling their phone number more than 10 times and no one answers the phone and it goes to a voicemail that is full; therefore, you can't leave a message. I shouldn't have to physically go to a location to let them know they didn't do the process correctly. Someone needs to be held accountable for their incompetence or made aware of their unreliability. read more

I traveled an hour for fingerprinting! Arriving at this location approximately 1:40 PM and to my surprise the doors were locked. I read store hours stating MON-FRI 12:30 pm to 6pm Sat 10am to 5pm. I was confused and pissed like were their another day in the wk I was not aware of its Friday people! Called no answer. I'm to return on Monday for my potential state job, I'm praying these people are opened for business. So unprofessional to not leave a notice or pick up their phone. Still Pissed!! read more

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I went in to get my fingerprints done and was told to sign in. I did so immediately. Someone in walked in right behind me and registered as well. We sat there for a number of minutes while the employee stuff mail into mailboxes. He glanced over at us I knew that we were ready to get our fingerprints done, but he continued to ignore us. Two more customers walked in behind us so there were then four people waiting. When he finally got around to helping us, he was very snarky and disrespectful. Then he turn to me with a look of disrespectful pity then told me that I needed either a card or digital or something. I could not understand what he was saying. I was skeptical about this place at first because of the reviews and also the place isn't the nicest looking but I needed to get my fingerprints scanned and I had already gone to 3 other postals and called many more. There was many people there especially considering it was a weekday but I was only there for 15 minutes and I was done. The check in process was easy, all I had to do was put in my information in a little computer. And then I waited for the lady working to call my name. I didn't have an ID but she accepted my passport. The scanning process was super easy and I finished very fast. I personally thought this place was great and my results came back super fast. My job had emailed me that my results came back a few hours after I went. Idk if it helps but I got it for gaps gemalto. read more

This place is horrible. The sullen fingerprint man is incompetent - my fingerprints "failed". Calling is a joke - mailbox full. I want a refund but good luck with that. Calling Gemalto is a joke too, they were apparently bought up time & time again by serveal companies. I only wanted to be cleared to do volunteer work for a charity. So recently I had to apply for a state license and they required finger printing to be done. Sure, easy enough right? Go to the PD department and have my fingers rolled and I'll be in and out in no time. Nope, not this one. Apparently, it was done through a program called GAPS and it sent me to predetermined places to get my finger printed electronically. Easy Mail was one of the available locations so I just went with it. Located on the opposite side of a Kroger shopping plaza and LA fitness, the parking lot is pretty crowded. This mailing location is your typical one stop mail shop servicing USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and who knows what else they offer. It was ran by one lady, bless her heart for trying everything she could to speed things up. It was just frustrating that the laptop that was running to do the finger print scanning was taking FOREVER, the line grew to about 5 people long and it just got really irritating. I don't know if it's the server, laptop, or the people who couldn't operate the digital finger print machine that slowed things down. I don't know if it was running on wifi or not, but the lady requested that I get off my phone because it congested the network and slowed the laptop down. I sorry lady, I'm no engineer, but me being on my phone of my cellular provider would not likely slow down your aging laptop that's running some bullshit made government software on your wifi network. But you know what, I'm frustrated, I just want it to move quicker, so I got off my phone so she could stop asking me to be off my phone (3 times she asked....first 2 times I ignored because it was a stupid request in my opinion) So overall, if you need to send something, get something noterized, or whatnot, this seems like a decent place to do it. I don't see why not. She might be a little more help than the local USPS office or the UPS office that won't rip you off just needing enough tape to seal a box instead of making you buy an entire roll. As for the finger printing problem if you ever had to deal with this, find a different location. It might be better off. Maybe one of the UPS locations that is available. Maybe their equipment might be better. just a thought, don't take my word for it. But you've already been warned about the wait. read more

Pitiful!!! I called before going to make sure they fingerprint and would be open and then I began the journey. The guy that 'greeted' me said we close at 5:30 and this is over time. I shared with him that I called and was told 6:00 was closing. He was not only rude but also acted like a jerk to the next person in line. I PRAY that no one NEEDS to go to this place. Smh. Customer service is not consistent. I used this location for fingerprinting. When I entered the store, the man at the counter did not speak but just looked. I had to ask for help. He indicated fingerprinting does not start until 10 am. I decided to wait since I only had a 10 minute wait. The man that walked in after me received a "good morning" greeting. Additionally he asked, "how he could help him"? When the man indicated he was there for fingerprinting he was told to sign a log. I asked would I have to sign the log and I was told yes. I ended up being helped after the person that walked in after me. I feel everyone deserves the same level of customer service regardless of how they look. read more

If I could give a 1 star I would!! I came here for fingerprints today and waiting for about 15minutes while he completed the 2 other people in front of me. Then walks in another person behind me and he says he will take them next because they were here for a package pick up. After 10 minutes go by I ask how much longer because I needed to head somewhere else. He disregarded what I said and just said let me finish them first. Another 10 minutes go by and he still is not complete. Why would you make a customer whose sat in you store for already 15 minutes to wait after another group (basically cut me in line)! I just came back from this facility after trying to get the fingerprint thing done. I'm still trying to calm myself down. After waiting one hour and a half in line (almost everybody was having problem with the equipment... It just wasn't reading the fingerprints well), I got the most horrible customer service ever. The ladie that works there is unbelievably rude! And the equipment just sucks! After putting my finger there a few times it just wasn't working. She was on my side saying "Put your fingers straight! Press them down! I told you, put them straight!" And guess what? I just couldn't put it any straighter or press it any stroger! My hand was shaking because of how strong I was pressing and she kept repeating I wasn't pressing enough. Then she looked at me and said "You should come back tomorrow!". I answered "Ok. But tell me one thing, if after I waited for almost two hours in line, come back tomorrow and it doesn't work again, then what?". She didn't answer and told me to keep trying. Well, things just kept not working and she kept being super rude. And since it was almost time to close and there were still 3 more people in line she started selecting some of the fingerprints that were considered poor quality by the system and submited them. I asked "Won't that be a problem? You selected fingerprints that the system considered not good enough..." and with no shame at all she answered "They will probably be rejected!" and I "And what happen if they do?" and she just couldn't care less as she responded "They are most probably gonna be rejected. But then they will call you and let you know what to do". I was just so tired and frustrated with all that bullshit that I just decided to walk away. Arguing with such incompetent and rude person wouldn't make the machine work and wouldn't solve my problem. If I were you, I would look for another place to get the fingerprints done. read more

Half an hour to get one package sent locally. Nice people, but slow as molasses on ice at getting anything done. You have two stations set up. I have been using Easy Mail for several years. I rent a mailbox for a very affordable price and I have all of my mail delivered there. No hassling with stopping my mail with the post office when I am out of town. And I can get all sizes of packages delivered there at no extra charge, held securely until I am able to come in and pick it up. Service is always excellent and the staff is very helpful. They advertise notary services; I even called to make sure. They said that as long as no witnesses were required, they could process the paperwork. NOT! The form was simple - 2 signatures and the notary process. They would not notarize the form because they "did not feel comfortable providing the business address" on the form. So I went to this place to get a paper notarized simply because it's down the road from my house .. Big mistake . The guy is unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. I go into the store and there is one guy ahead of me and the owner is helping him and he literally stops helping him and says " what do you want " to me , rude! I tell him and he's like wait a minuet, so I'm standing in line looking at the greeting cards he has and he is watching me so hard to where I felt uncomfortable , he though I would snatch a $3 poorly made card and grab my toddler and make a run for it I guess lol, anyway when he was able to focus on the customer in front of me to finish him up , I walked up and he asked what I needed notarized and says , "I can't notarize it". I was trying to explain the document to him be pass he seemed confused and he just kept saying he couldn't sign it . I needed fingerprints done and called multiple times during the week and every time got a generic answering machine that only said "leave a message". I thought for sure that the number must have been listed wrong but left a message anyway. Then went in on Sat to do fingerprinting and the guy said we needed an apt. I asked about the phone number and he said it was right so I asked how I was supposed to make an apt and he just shrugged his shoulders. Then gave me a speil about how they don't make much money on fingerprinting. He did end up doing them but was not happy about it. There was not one person in the store and he kept saying how he has other business and doesn't have time to do them as they are about to close (in 30 min). After fingerprints were done we left 10 min before he had to close. I don't do reviews min but this place was awful. He did get one star though since we did at least get the service done. read more
