This place is nothing like the other two reviews made it seem. I also had to go to be fingerprinted…read morefor a state license, and it seems like every location on that state fingerprinting list was a headache and a half to deal with. The hours were awful for any normal working person, or the places were impossible to find. So I ended up here, and I was already really frustrated, so it was a pleasant surprise that this store and the lady that runs it was nothing like the other reviews made it out to be. The fingerprinting software itself is very particular and tedious! That has nothing to do with the location, that's just how it is. Be prepared to spend a few minutes working with the macihne and redoing a few fingers SEVERAL times. That just comes with the territory of these automatic machines. (I've been fingerprinted 4 times at other places in the past year, I consider myself an expert now.) Anyway, the lady working there doesn't go out of her way to cater to you and be overly polite, but she was in no way rude. She was professional, kind, and took care of business. I'm not sure why Jason wants to bring race into the argument, but we can do that too! I was the only "white" person in the joint. There were three other black people in the store at the same time as me, and she treated us all the exact same way: kindly and with respect. In fact, I saw her help out one of those people and gave her a discount for a service she was using! I would use this location again, and I will suggest it to others in my industry when they need finger printing done!

Zero stars would have been more accurate! Came up on my Android phone yesterday and said I needed…read moreto update my GMAIL account, otherwise my GMAIL wouldn't function properly. That was/is an outright lie! Screwed up all my settings and prevented me from doing what I normally do on my phone. Had a devil of a time uninstalling it, as it is very deceptive in that regard, as well. If EasyMail pops up on your phone, laptop, etc., save yourself a lot of aggravation and disregard it. It's a sham!

I know this place has gotten some bad reviews but I haven't had a problem here. to be clear I…read morehaven't sent anything expensive off or had any high value shipments. I am mostly just returning a bunch of Amazon stuff or online clothes, nothing else. I will say the service isn't the most friendly all the time. I've been to other UPS stores where everyone is very friendly all the time. BUT no one has ever been rude or mean to me here. They have always been polite and professional with me and i'm okay with that. Sometimes there's long lines but it's like that everywhere. There's free parking. The store is the size of most UPS stores. They usually have at least two people working. Every time I've been there they've been fairly efficient getting my stuff together and getting me in and out. I've had to wait longer times at other UPS stores. Again, other than simple returns I haven't used them very much so I can only speak to what I know about but overall I haven't had a bad experience here and I have been here regularly - about once every other month since 2020? don't judge my amazon shopping :( i also haven't ever been here close to closing time, i usually go in the afternoons. It is located off of a slightly busy intersection. A couple of stores in that area shut down so there's more parking than usual which is nice! the stores is clean and everybody always seems to have masks on when I go in there! I wish they had a trashcan either outside the store or inside the store somewhere. Also I don't know if it's corporate prices but printing some stuff off if you email it to them is a little pricier than you expect (return slips).

I was very satisfied with my print quality and definitely delivered on time! I submitted my business cards to print early in the morning and by 3pm it was ready for pickup! I stopped in today because I've always tried to support this local business, and Sam is great. But…read moreunfortunately, this experience has changed my mind. Around 4:45 p.m., I went in to mail a simple greeting card to British Columbia, Canada. The employee's first suggestion was to send it via FedEx for more than $70. The process didn't seem correct as she was putting it in a shipping folder, I questioned why and when I asked if I could just mail it with stamps, she told me no. I explained that I had mailed greeting cards internationally with stamps before, including to Australia, and only then did she change her answer to say she didn't know how many stamps it would take. She actually asked me how many stamps I wanted to buy, which left me completely confused. I said I didn't know which is why I came to a mail Center. I want to believe this was simply an honest mistake by someone who hasn't been properly trained. However, it's concerning that a business providing mailing services couldn't determine the correct postage or take a moment to look it up. Had I been an older or more vulnerable customer who didn't know to question a $70 shipping quote for a greeting card, I might have paid it unnecessarily. I left without mailing my card because I no longer had confidence in the advice I was being given. I've been a loyal customer because I wanted to support a local business, but after today's experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this as an opportunity to better train staff so future customers receive accurate information and don't leave feeling as frustrated as I did. I returned home and did an online search to discover that all I need is USPS Global Forever stamps (costing $1.75).

Great place, great people. Best service possible. Can't go wrong, always a pleasure dropping…read moresomething off here.
