Their excuse is "we're a franchise so we don't have to follow corporate's (fair) pricing, too bad". I've never been to a UPS that charged so much to print one piece of paper. When I asked, I was told I had to get it printed in color. Don't understand they at all since the label is black and white. I think all UPS locations should be the same when it comes to price. I wonder if it's because of the area or something. I know stores are owned by different people but this is out of control. I know this place has gotten some bad reviews but I haven't had a problem here. to be clear I haven't sent anything expensive off or had any high value shipments. I am mostly just returning a bunch of Amazon stuff or online clothes, nothing else. I will say the service isn't the most friendly all the time. I've been to other UPS stores where everyone is very friendly all the time. BUT no one has ever been rude or mean to me here. They have always been polite and professional with me and i'm okay with that. Sometimes there's long lines but it's like that everywhere. There's free parking. The store is the size of most UPS stores. They usually have at least two people working. Every time I've been there they've been fairly efficient getting my stuff together and getting me in and out. I've had to wait longer times at other UPS stores. Again, other than simple returns I haven't used them very much so I can only speak to what I know about but overall I haven't had a bad experience here and I have been here regularly - about once every other month since 2020? don't judge my amazon shopping :( i also haven't ever been here close to closing time, i usually go in the afternoons. It is located off of a slightly busy intersection. A couple of stores in that area shut down so there's more parking than usual which is nice! the stores is clean and everybody always seems to have masks on when I go in there! I wish they had a trashcan either outside the store or inside the store somewhere. Also I don't know if it's corporate prices but printing some stuff off if you email it to them is a little pricier than you expect (return slips). read more

I want sent a letter here this morning. A woman who has worked here for a long time . She once asked me to write a review on my mobile phone about her work. She thought that I was writing slowly and took my phone to herself and Write, I refused. She put my letter in a yellow envelope, started weighing it, and then told me that it was over $30, I think it was too much, and she went from over $20 until $14. I still think it's very expensive, I said Want to go to USPS, she quickly pasted the envelope, and then asked me to pay the envelope money. I think she is a liar, and she should not be so short-sighted as a mouse when doing business. i had lot of business mail and package to sent but i never come back here !! I've been dropping off packages at various UPS Stores in the Atlanta area (thank goodness for online shopping free returns!), and this location is full of win: *Open until 5 PM on Saturdays. This is a plus since many stores close around 3-3:30 PM. I still wish these stores were open on Sundays, but oh well. *The gentleman accepting the box was polite and nice and efficient. *There was ample parking in this small shopping center. *I was the only person the store, so no wait. This UPS Store on Sugarloaf Parkway isn't super convenient to me, but I'd return if I happened to be back in the area! read more

I thought these folks were very nice. I felt like they genuinely cared. They helped me validate the address I was shipping to, assisted me with tape for free and even let me use the restroom which they didn't have to do. Second time coming to this location, which sits in the shopping center with Which Wich and Moes on corner of Meadow Church Rd and Sugarloaf Pkwy. Parking is insanely tight here and you might have to park behind the building. During lunch hours, forget about trying to find a close spot. I've been here to mail my direct tv receiver and recently to ship back my comcast security system. Both services have pre-paid accts with UPS so the process is very easy. I came during lunch the second time so had to wait about 10 minutes. The service both times has been excellent. They knew exactly what to do and gave me tracking information, along with an email reminder on my shipment. The store has all standard supplies for shipping (envelopes, boxes, tape) and also PO Boxes. Very typical so not much to distinguish it from other stores, but it is clean and service is great, as well as knowledgable on what they are doing. If you need to ship an item, this location will serve the purpose just fine! read more

Don't waste your valuable time and money going to this store! I wanted to ship a 1-1/2 pound package internationally to a major European hub. It should be understood this was a standard size box that weighed almost nothing, and it was not going to some out-of-the-way city. This particular UPS Store wanted to charge me four times what I ended up paying at the U.S. Post Office, and that was their cheapest rate. It only went up from there. If Miss all that would take an extra minute walk me through scanning the fingerprints instead of running her mouth and sigh when I wasn't familiar with the system, the process would take 2 minutes instead of 20. My package that I dropped off for ups pickup on 2/6 at 4:31pm was never handed over to ups by the store. Ups simply does not have any record of my package. I have the package drop off receipt given to me by the store with the tracking number. Ups wants us to now lodge a claim. It was a range hood costing $600 - it is not a small packet that can be lost. It is a 65 lbs box that was received in person by a male person in the store who gave us the receipt. I will not use that store again. read more

I will never patronize this location. My son in law went here to ship off some jewelry so that it could be repaired by our family jeweler. The lady asked if he would like insurance. He stated yes as it was over 10k to ship. She asks if he's sure his jewelry is worth 10k. Excuse me? Why would he have to lie about what he is shipping and the amount. She then proceeded to say that if it's lost he has to prove that it's actually worth it. My son in law is a young black man who is an engineer for google. The woman working here (Amina?) tricked me into paying extra for a bigger mailbox because I have "business mail". I had a strong feeling she was tricking me but because I was in a last minute rush, I went ahead and signed up for it. When I got home, I called another UPS store and they confirmed my suspicion. There's no reason a small mailbox can't receive so-called "business mail". The lady here just wanted to charge me extra, that's the bottom line. Avoid this location. Total rip-off! read more

Honestly love UPS stores. This store is so different from any other store sadly. They never have client recognition even when you see the same workers over and over again multiple times in the week. I came in to get my fingerprints done for a new job. On the packet given to my employer it said nothing about needing an appointment. I arrive to this location and ask to get the finger printing service done, I then am told I need an appointment. I was confused as to why when the store was completely empty, but I went ahead and made one. They wouldn't have an appointment for three hours, when I asked the process and why the wait she explained its a very simple process but can't do it without an appointment. I told you I need it done sooner than later and she walked away. I then spent twenty minutes in the store trying to find another location to do it for me sooner. The two girls working offered no helped and proceeded to text/Facebook, see picture. I still do not understand why they could not do it if they clearly were not busy. I ended up going to another location down the street that did it on a first come first serve. I contacted corporate about my experience and shortly after the store manager called me, begging me not to post this on yelp. The store manager also stated they do not even make money off of this service, it's just something nice they do for the state. Attempted to rip me off again with coupon refund which was 90 cents short and got busted. She finally had to refund actual amount but kept being rude until the last second. I have been coming to this UPS store for 3 years, sometimes crazy because they are busy never a problem till today, the ladies are new and one of them super rude, loud, and i am pretty sure she rolled her eyes at me, because of a simple mistake. They were charging be $17. 11 for a starndard ground shipping. I am not sure if that is the correct amount. Very rude, then she calmed down , but she waisted my time made me wait 30 minutes to refund me, disnt end up refunding me because original payment was not made by me. What a waste of time! read more

This is my second visit to this store for fingerprinting required to move to a new position within my company. And, still I received the same level of customer service, I was in and out in less than few minutes. They even explained to me the post process of fingerprint results which the employer never bothered to explain to me. I am so confident of their business conduct and ease to which they deliver service, I am thinking of opening a mailbox with them and direct all my mail to this location(don't trust my Apartment buiding's mail boxes). read more
