Let me start by stating that the foreign lady wearing a hijab is the most unprofessional poor excuse for a human being to ever encounter. She truly is garbage. I arrived at the UPS store 15 minutes prior to closing and she already had the door locked. I held my watch up, then she rudely stated the store was closed. I pointed to the hours of operation that were posted on the door, but she could care less. I'm like who does this moron thinks she is exactly. She finally opened the door only to be super argumentative...just mad and angry. She needs to remember to take her medication to treat craziness disorder. Clearly, she did not represent UPS in a positive light, does not demonstrate professionalism and is not customer friendly. The culture at other UPS locations has always been pleasant, however, her behavior does not align with the value of excellence. I would love to state that the lady with Hijab there is so well mannered and treats every single customers politely. I have been using this store from last four years. She recently joined this location and the day she started working at this location, I feel more comfortable and treated very well. The comments against her is simply based on discrimination. The person has some mental issues who is continuously targeting her and her HIJAB (we should respect others religion as we want ours to be respected) on google and now here on yelp. I would suggest yelp authority to verify these comments before posting on. These comments against the Lady are baseless. She is very humble and her customer service is on the top. I originally stopped by to purchase some boxes for a shipment to California. The Manager, Amina, was extremely friendly and gave me all the necessary information about box sizes, prices and strengths. I purchased 4 boxes at that time and decided that I would ship the boxes from her location. When I returned 2 weeks later with 5 boxes to ship, she handled the transaction like a perfect professional. No hidden charges, no pressure, just a pleasure to deal with. First time visiting this location. I experienced exemplary customer service with a smile. I needed to be fingerprinted for a background check for employment and I arrived at about 10:55 a.m. I was informed that they don't provide that service until noon, due to the holiday season and the mad rush to get packages out. Before I could saw a word, the customer service representative decided to make an exception and assist me in between customers. I was thrilled and very satisfied, will definitely visit this location again and highly recommend that you do also. read more

She was friendly, easy to work with, and made the process stress free. She quoted me much less than a local print shop down the street. The flyers were a total hit at the expo.
