    Ridiculous pricing
    Hope A.

I've never been to a UPS that charged so much to print one piece of paper. When I asked, I was told I had to get it printed in color. Don't understand they at all since the label is black and white. I think all UPS locations should be the same when it comes to price. I wonder if it's because of the area or something. I know stores are owned by different people but this is out of control. My package got to where it needed to be so I guess that's a good sign.

Update! UPS posts a response on Yelp to make it SEEM like they care about losing your package, but what actually happens? Nothing, they shrug at you and you get stolen from as UPS Stores can hire any incompetent/immoral person who can make your package disappear without anything being done to fix your loss. I repeat, your postage is way too important to trust these folks. Use the post office, it isn't THAT far away :)

Why not be goofy and enjoy printing stuff?

The customer service at this location, is amazing. I basically was in and out, and greeted with a smile.

I could tell they were drowning. Despite the chaos, this one employee was super kind enough to help me with my Amazon return. He told me it's an offline return but he can scan it when it goes back on. Unfortunately, I would have to wait until tomorrow for the AT&T return. I tried not letting it bug me because the employee was trying to be super helpful. I returned the next day and another employee was able to help me with the AT&T return very quickly. Everyone here was super kind -- I know there's not much to review about UPS stores but I was impressed with the service here. Knowing that this place is the nearest UPS location, I can't wait to continue my loyalty here!

I don't normally write reviews like this, but this interaction was creepy, intrusive, embarrassing,…read moreand completely unnecessary. I came into this UPS Store with my partner to make several returns. The manager was initially helping me. One return involved a private clothing item, and the return information displayed a picture of it. I intentionally covered the picture while leaving the barcode completely visible. My partner was standing right next to me, and I was simply trying to protect her privacy and avoid embarrassing her. Instead of scanning the barcode and professionally processing the return, the manager questioned why I was covering that particular picture and commented that it was "funny" that I covered this one when I hadn't covered the others. Why was what I chose to cover any of his concern? I told him exactly that. Rather than taking the hint and moving on, he continued discussing it and specifically pointed out that he could still see the picture. That's where the interaction went from unnecessary to downright uncomfortable. My partner was standing there visibly embarrassed while a male manager continued drawing attention to a private item that I was deliberately trying to conceal. If someone is clearly covering a private image, why are you so concerned with what's underneath it? And why make a point of telling us that you can still see it? His behavior felt creepy and inappropriate to both of us. My partner is also a frequent customer at this location, which made the entire situation even more uncomfortable for her. At that point, I refused to complete that particular return there and decided to take it somewhere else. The owner eventually came out, heard what happened, apologized, and said he would "talk to" the manager. I appreciate that he apologized, but considering how uncomfortable and embarrassed my partner had just been made to feel, that response didn't give me much confidence. Then, when I took the store's card because I intended to leave a review, the owner's concern turned to how a negative review could affect the ratings he had worked so hard to build. I understand working hard for good reviews--but customers shouldn't be expected to protect a business's rating after having a bad experience. Reviews are supposed to reflect how customers are actually treated. This could have been incredibly simple: scan the barcode, respect the customer's privacy, and move on. Instead, something private was unnecessarily called out in front of my partner and turned into an embarrassing and uncomfortable interaction. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, and I will be reporting the incident to The UPS Store customer service. The owner was more concerned about his review rather than taking immediate actions. The female employee was helpful to take over.

I had a terrible experience at the UPS Store on Buford Hwy in Duluth, GA. I went in for notary…read moreservices and asked the employee, Jasmine, if the notary was available. She informed me the notary wasn't there, so I asked for the name of the person who handles notary services so I can call later and ask if he's there before making the drive to the store. To my shock, Jasmine became extremely aggressive and rude, questioning why I needed the name and started raising her voice. Confused at first, I quickly realized she was being confrontational. The situation escalated into a verbal argument, and she began walking towards the door in a threatening manner. Feeling unsafe, I took out my phone to record the incident, but before I could, I noticed Jasmine was blocking the exit, which made me fear for my safety & I realized I needed to get out of there. She then charged at me, attempting to grab me and my phone. Thankfully, I was able to block her, but she continued to yell and curse in my face. Terrified and shaking, I called the police. I have never experienced such hostility and aggression from an employee before. The cops arrived, and I filed an incident report. I am now in the process of escalating this issue further. To be fair, the owner of the store did call me to address the issue, and apologized for her behavior but informed me that he will be retaining the employee and that this was a one off incident. According to the review I saw just before posting mine... it is clear that it is not a one off incident.

The young guy behind the counter agreed that he had never saw this happen, and that his manager would have to call USPS but his manager was not in until Monday. With a demeanor, as if I was bothering him to get up off his phone, he asked that I leave my tracking number for the manager to call USPS, who wouldn't be in until Monday (it's Thursday). Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.
