The hours were awful for any normal working person, or the places were impossible to find. Anyway, the lady working there doesn't go out of her way to cater to you and be overly polite, but she was in no way rude. She was professional, kind, and took care of business. I'm not sure why Jason wants to bring race into the argument, but we can do that too! I was the only "white" person in the joint. There were three other black people in the store at the same time as me, and she treated us all the exact same way: kindly and with respect. In fact, I saw her help out one of those people and gave her a discount for a service she was using! They pack every item perfectly, paying extra attention to marking fragile items and frozen food correctly so everything arrives safely. What sets them apart is their incredible communication. They actively track my shipments and keep me updated. If there is ever a delivery delay, they immediately follow up on the issue and even arrange to get me a refund. They go above and beyond every single time. Highly recommended! I use this UPS store all the time--at least once a week. Every single person who works here is so friendly and always ready to help. I have never had a bad experience! I am so thankful to have such a great UPS store near me.
