I am mostly just returning a bunch of Amazon stuff or online clothes, nothing else. I will say the service isn't the most friendly all the time. I've been to other UPS stores where everyone is very friendly all the time. BUT no one has ever been rude or mean to me here. They have always been polite and professional with me and i'm okay with that. Sometimes there's long lines but it's like that everywhere. There's free parking. The store is the size of most UPS stores. They usually have at least two people working. Every time I've been there they've been fairly efficient getting my stuff together and getting me in and out. I've had to wait longer times at other UPS stores. Again, other than simple returns I haven't used them very much so I can only speak to what I know about but overall I haven't had a bad experience here and I have been here regularly - about once every other month since 2020? don't judge my amazon shopping :( i also haven't ever been here close to closing time, i usually go in the afternoons. It is located off of a slightly busy intersection. A couple of stores in that area shut down so there's more parking than usual which is nice! the stores is clean and everybody always seems to have masks on when I go in there! I wish they had a trashcan either outside the store or inside the store somewhere. Also I don't know if it's corporate prices but printing some stuff off if you email it to them is a little pricier than you expect (return slips).

The hours were awful for any normal working person, or the places were impossible to find. So I ended up here, and I was already really frustrated, so it was a pleasant surprise that this store and the lady that runs it was nothing like the other reviews made it out to be. The fingerprinting software itself is very particular and tedious! That has nothing to do with the location, that's just how it is. Be prepared to spend a few minutes working with the macihne and redoing a few fingers SEVERAL times. That just comes with the territory of these automatic machines. (I've been fingerprinted 4 times at other places in the past year, I consider myself an expert now.) Anyway, the lady working there doesn't go out of her way to cater to you and be overly polite, but she was in no way rude. She was professional, kind, and took care of business. I'm not sure why Jason wants to bring race into the argument, but we can do that too! I was the only "white" person in the joint. There were three other black people in the store at the same time as me, and she treated us all the exact same way: kindly and with respect. In fact, I saw her help out one of those people and gave her a discount for a service she was using! I would use this location again, and I will suggest it to others in my industry when they need finger printing done!

That was/is an outright lie! Screwed up all my settings and prevented me from doing what I normally do on my phone. Had a devil of a time uninstalling it, as it is very deceptive in that regard, as well. If EasyMail pops up on your phone, laptop, etc., save yourself a lot of aggravation and disregard it. It's a sham!

They pack every item perfectly, paying extra attention to marking fragile items and frozen food correctly so everything arrives safely. What sets them apart is their incredible communication. They actively track my shipments and keep me updated. If there is ever a delivery delay, they immediately follow up on the issue and even arrange to get me a refund. They go above and beyond every single time. Highly recommended! I use this UPS store all the time--at least once a week. Every single person who works here is so friendly and always ready to help. I have never had a bad experience! I am so thankful to have such a great UPS store near me.
