At other locations, the staff always take care of it right away, but these two insisted that the customer should handle everything. I even saw them assisting another customer, but I ended up wasting an entire hour and still couldn't get it done, so I just left.

Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. If you don't specifically ask about pricing, he'll default to charging the highest rates--often more than what's required. Today, I shipped an item thinking I was paying by weight, only to find on my receipt that I was charged a flat rate--twice what I would've paid at USPS. I chose this location for convenience, but I won't be back. Upselling is one thing, but this feels misleading. Just be upfront and give customers a choice. According to them they are very busy. Immediately upon receiving the box and seeing the condition of how it arrived, I sent them a message and a photo, I contacted the main offices and sent them the photos and the list of what was missing. A week later, according to their "investigation" they came to the conclusion that nothing had happened to my box and they were not responsible.I lost more than $170 dollars that I reported but they will not be responsible for anything. I want to add that this company charges for insurance and other extra charges that make shipping boxes too expensive. It was almost the same or better for me to buy another ticket to someone else and have them bring them to Colombia.
