I went to the FedEx location at 3695 Club Dr, Duluth, GA 30096, United States. There was one woman and one man working there, and instead of printing the address label for me, they told me to send this email myself and even tossed me some sort of instruction card, saying I had to do it on my own. At other locations, the staff always take care of it right away, but these two insisted that the customer should handle everything. I even saw them assisting another customer, but I ended up wasting an entire hour and still couldn't get it done, so I just left. read more

Terrible customer service from the store manager at this branch. I went in to return the original box with the cushions that was PACKED and SHIPPED by FedEx. Manager refused to accept the return label and insisted that I pay extra $$ for the cushions otherwise he wouldn't accept it. First and last visit to his location. Unacceptable! This Fed Ex location is phenomenal and the staff really know how to get things done FAST! I was in a pickle and needed some invitations printed ASAP. When I called the Staples up the street, they said they couldn't help me with my order because they were "understaffed". I ended up calling this Fed Ex location and they took my order and had it ready for pickup in less than 2 hours! The invitations came out exactly how I needed!!! This is my go to place for all my business needs that surpass my printing abilities and every time they get the job done. Today... Service SUCKS. Paid to have package sent overnight. This was on a Thursday evening. Should have been delivered by Saturday. Package never arrived. Returned to store that is sent package. They told me to call customer service Andy refused to assist me in tracking package. They were beligerent, unappolegtic, and unhelpful. Due to its proximity to my office (about a quarter mile), this is the Kinko's office location that I tend to use most even though I would rather not based on previous experiences. But desperate times call for desperate measures and all, so it's off tot he Club Drive location I go. It is not an exaggeration to say that EVERY SINGLE TIME in the past year that I have had to have documents printed here for a big presentation, such as signs, mini booklets, banners etc, there will at least least one error in the order. Often it is a size issue such as for a banner and they will either give me a credit (if it is close enough for me to use or time is very tight) or will remake the item. I take the time to verify the sizes and details before placing the order and go over every item with the team member, so I truly can not fathom why they make so many errors, but they do. Other times, the mistakes are just sloppiness such as forgetting to put the easel backs on counter top signs or inserting the pages in the wrong order in a passport type booklet. They would get a one star review, but they do seem to specialize in service recovery and sincerely apologize when they screw up, so I added a star for that. However, when I use this location, I now add at least 24-48 hours to my project timetable to allow for the almost-inevitable remakes! read more

24/7 cannot get any better than that. I've been going to FedEx Office Print & Ship Center for many years. I just haven't had a chance to go back again until recently (and more than once). In the past, I used to go and get posters printed and it has been a success every time. This time, I needed to use the fax machine services because I had to fax over paperwork from my doctor's office to my HR at work, more than one occasion. I also used the printing services since I had to print document from my USB drive. It was quick, fast, convenient. I loved that. I just had to put in my credit card in the slot and do my thing and get out. read more

I've only come to this FedEx Office to make copies and purchase items. There's rarely a line, and the prices are more reasonable than I thought. I went to OfficeMax down the road to see if they offered padfolios or resume paper cheaper, and OfficeMax was $2 more expensive for the same resume paper. FedEx Office beat their price on padfolios (by under $1) and presentation binders (by $1). read more

Has anyone left their flash/zip drive here? You go back to retrieve it and they tell you they log "everything" but dont let you see the log? Also, within this system of Lost n Found, they don't "log" you coming in to request your drive, but they will go behind a door for a few seconds and return with a "No, we don't have that one". The main office in Memphis didn't confirm or deny this as company procedure. They took my complaint and gave me a case number. read more

I think the most disappointing thing about leaving this review, is the fact that majority of all the other reviews for this place seem to be 5*. Did I go in while the "B" team was in? Maybe the "C" team? Went in today, and literally received no help. Every single employee in there seemed as though they didn't want to be there, and since they were there, it was like they had made the decision as a group to not do anything. I don't get. Honestly, I don't even care if the people were rude. This is a business where they "print" things. Be rude, print my stuff. I promise I wouldn't have thought twice about the people working here 10 seconds after walking out the door. But I walked out the door with no prints. I have only been in this location a couple of times to send a fax and scan a document or two, but I have to say that the customer service here is amazing. The lady who helped me in the computer station was extremely patient and helpful, and because I had my antsy 5 year old with me on this particular occasion, I ended up LEAVING my PURSE beside a chair in the back of the store by a computer. To make matters worse, I didn't realize I was missing it until a good 5-6 hours later (we are talking 11pm on a Friday night). I was freaking out, and called the store, and the lady who answered assured me they had my purse and that it was OK to come pick it up immediately (of all places to leave my purse somewhere, I am glad I decided on a 24 hour location, lol). I arrived shortly after my phone call and the manager returned to the front desk with my purse and a "Lost and Found Book" for me to sign. She also made me show some form of ID (luckily I had my debit card in my pocket) before handing my purse over. I had over $200 in cash in my wallet and everything was there- untouched. There are still honest, good people in this world and I believe the staff at this FedEx Office location has employed the best.
