I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

They are all great but there is one particular stand out: Teresa. Professional, personable and VERY knowledgeable about their products and services, she also seems truly content with her job and is humorous, to boot. She makes unsolicited suggestions about the less costly ways to ship and, even when the store is packed, she is ALWAYS patient and has a pleasant tone and demeanor. Having a great day can be infectious and I have left there wearing a smile more than once because of the service I have received. Teresa, thank you for being consistently awesome.
