All around great great UPS store. always friendly and most importantly competent staff. they actually give accurate shipping quotes. they are fast too so you don't spend a lot of time standing in line waiting. convenient because they are beside the krogers. I've been to several UPS stores and this one is by far the best. accurate quotes (unlike some of the other ones (peachtree industrial blvd UPS yeah you) whose shipping quotes change depending on who is working that day) This place is so much faster than USPS (where there is always a line) and the UPS shipping rates are genuinely comparable if not just slightly higher (but then how much is your time worth to not stand in a long line as you would at US Post Office) definitely recommend and will definitely use again and again

His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.
