Considering you never showed up to perform a job that you were hired to do. I think it's extremely unfair to charge somebody and keep the money. Send nobody confirmed a cancellation with me I don't know how you can justify the fact that I canceled my service outside of the 24 hours. We waited all morning for you to show up and you never did. Nooooo! This is not a moving company! This is a scam. I reached out to them because I received a referral from a close, reliable family member. I spoke with a man that stated "they" can do the move of the appliances. I also, asked if he could install the appliances that included a dishwasher and he said yes, "they" install the dishwasher. We scheduled a date for three days later. I told Jermaine, I would confirm the time with the location he would pick up my new & a couple like new appliances. I did follow up as I stated I would. On the date of, instead of the moving company texting or calling to confirm. I had to text them. I had already given him the two addresses 3 days prior. When the driver arrived to location #1, there was no other mover (which I wasn't aware of) to help with the large appliances (washer, dryer, stove, large microwave). When the driver arrived to location #2, I asked about having help. Jermaine told me, the other movers had another job and this will be a good work out. I did notice as he was bringing my appliances my stove, washer, dryer, microwave was not wrapped like the dishwasher. I assumed he took some of the wrapping off after taking them off the truck. I also suggested giving him a old comforter to protect my hardwood floors. He puts some blankets down, as well. When it came to unloading and installing the dishwasher, he said he couldn't do it. He did take off the price for installation of the dishwasher. After I paid him, he left and I was excited to have my new appliances so I decided to wipe them down. As I wiped my like new washer and dryer, I saw a small dent and visible scratch on the front of the dryer. As I walked from the laundry closet, I noticed a small area of chipped wall sheetrock. So I decided to wipe my new stove and had a dent in the side, the seal that runs down the left side is not sealed, the door makes a click noise when open and not balanced. I contacted Jermaine and sent him pictures of the damage, he apologized and sent me a $100 hush money. I contacted him again the next morning with more pictures. He asked what was the brand of the stove. He then offered to have the door replaced. He asked, what could he do to fix this. I responded, "No, I don't want the door fixed. I would like my stove replaced. This is bad business. Licensed, bonded, and insured businesses replace things when they damage them." I can't say enough good things about Blazer Movers and Jermaine the owner. I had scheduled a move on a Monday of a holiday week with All My Sons movers. They never showed up! I was devastated as I needed to be out of my lease. I called COUNTLESS moving companies which all had the same response "were booked" until someone recommended Blazer Movers to me. I called and explained my situation and Jermaine said send me pictures of everything you have. Jermaine went out of his way to schedule the most last minute move possible. Him and two men loaded my one bedroom apartment with (tons of stuff) into a truck in 45 minutes. They were careful, articulate and very kind and professional. I don't know what I would have done. These guys are awesome. The were 1) On time...early even, 2) Super-Affordable versus the competition, 3) Hard-working and Professional. They went above and beyond what was expected. Blazer Movers shrunk-wrap and blanket-covered all the major furniture. Their truck was colossal, and probably large enough to move any size home. Overall, I'd recommend them to anyone. Used these movers to move into our new apartment. Had to have them pick up stuff in Jefferson and then in Dacula before dropping it off at our apartment in Flowery Branch. We were charged for the time from when they sowed up at the first stop to the last stuff off the truck. Even though we had two pick up points, it wasn't all packed well in boxes, and they took everything up a flight of stairs, the price didn't change off the hourly rate with the base travel fee. Even with all that extra driving, it only took them 4 hours and they delivered everything safely, even my antique RCA cabinet. Only complaint would be they were 1.5 hours late, but there was an accident and it is Atlanta so it isn't too unexpected. read more

I totally don't recommend this company! Super unprofessional! They were scheduled to be here at our house 11. The day before we even got a confirmation stating they will be here at 11! Now the day of its passed 11:00, and now 11:30 came and no one has showed up. We called and someone said they will get back to us. Never called back! Although these guys did a decent job for me, I referred them to my sister in law and a friend and they stood them both up. My sister in law confirmed with them the day before yet they did not show up or answer any calls or texts. Who does that? Very unprofessional and you simply don't become a no show on someone's moving day out of an apartment. Later on they posted on social media that they were doing another 24 hour job so I guess that's why they stood her up. I also referred them to a co worker and they did not even return her call. They did such a wonderful and professional job. They wrapped our furniture so wouldn't break or get scratched on truck or during move. The movers came within the expected time frame. My experience with Blazer Movers was excellent! They responded quickly to my inquiry and the booking process was simple. Unlike some other companies I've worked with, They arrived on time and got right to work breaking down of furniture, wrapping everything and placing cloth down so that nothing was damaged. Our things arrived to the new home in great condition. They reassembled at my new home. We even had an issue with fitting the fridge in my our home. Rather than giving up, they gently and quickly disassembled the fridge and then put it back together once it was inside. I was having problems finding a reasonable moving company that was also professional during the memorial day weekend. I was referred to Blazer Movers by a co-worker and they were able to accommodate me the following Wednesday. I have moved on several different occasions and experience movers slacking, talking on cell phones while being paid by the hour taking breaks. Well these guys came right in and did some of the fastest furniture wrapping I have experienced the kept the conversation around just the move and no personal talking. The only time they used a cell phone was to give directions to the third worker. One of the best experience ever. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend this company.
