Please do not even think about using Rockline Moving for your moving needs. I just suffered a…read morenightmare of a day with them. UPDATE In response to their response: Don't let them fool you. Their team has damaged my couch and the ceiling of my apartment, failed to finish the move (they left furniture sitting in the hallway and refused to move it into the apartment or put the legs back on the couch), and to this day (over two weeks later) I have not received a single phone call to assess the damages despite my multiple attempts to contact them. Unprofessional (swore multiple times, ignored me and my concerns) and will leave you hanging. The team does not come with any tools, has no care for items you have specifically told them to wrap and use moving pads (which they didn't, leading to my couch being damaged - the ONLY reason I hired movers). Completely surprised anyone will hire them. Nice on the front end, horrible once they're hired. Keeping my review at one star.

It took many months and possibly the below review I wrote (the power of Yelp!) but after getting…read morethe damage repaired myself, Rockline Moving finally reached back out in early April. It may have taken several months, but I must say, that the way they handled it in the end was very professional and I am blown away by the effort they put in the end to make sure I was satisfied. They we're very humble and apologetic, didn't mention the negative review at all (and when I brought it up they said they totally understood if I wanted to leave it up), sent me a check for the cost of the repair, a nice letter apologizing for the situation, and a large discount on my next move if I were to use them again. Some might say they obviously did all this for me to change the review below, despite them insisting otherwise. But even if that's the case, who cares!? They did right by me in the end. I will now gladly use them again, and the story I tell of Rockline will be one of redemption and not deception.

If you're looking for a great moving company, CALL GEORGIA HOME MOVERS…read more Atlanta reliable movers are not a real moving company. They sub the work out to small groups of people with trucks. will quote your job and when they show up, whatever they can't fit in the truck.. they just don't take. No discount for making me have to take the items even though they said they would take all my things. Even worse over the phone they said they would break down and rebuild all my items that needed it(even though I said I'd do it for some money off... she said it was included in the price so even if I did it, it would still cost the same.. ok I let them do it) now when we're inside the room, they tell me they never rebuild things due to liability purposes. Whatever, I've never heard that but ok. I went to build my babies crib... and I find out WHY they couldn't "rebuild it" they pulled 80% of the screws out with force, instead of using the right tool. Imagine trying to put it back together? Impossible. They ruined a $1000 crib. I call them to have them come and fix it, as it was in the same place they left it, lady (I think it's Laurie?) I spoke with said she'd call me back. Never did, I texted her.. no response. Such a shameful way of business. Other reviews must be fake or close friends of theirs. Please do NOT make the mistake I did.

The two men did a great job handling our items and making sure that they got to their destinations. They were very professional, patient, and helpful. We paid about $600 for the service & we were very pleased with the price because movers are usually more than that. The items were placed in their correct areas and everything came in their condition it was before the move (so far, that I've seen). The movers were very friendly and had great communication. My husband did help with some items because he's particular about things but he didn't mind. I'd also like to note for everyone to remember that movers are still people and not machines. They deserve respect and care as well. I asked them if they wanted food (primarily my husband) and he offered to them as well and they took a break (off the clock) and then they were done shortly after that. I'd definitely suggest this company for moving. I love family companies so I'll always work to support.

I want to share my dreadful experience with CCE Express, a moving company owned by Tony, with…read morepotential customers. In my opinion, this company is dishonest and unprofessional, which made my moving experience profoundly frustrating. Tony presented himself as a hardworking family man, accompanied by his young sons, which made me believe that I was supporting a respectable, small family business. However, the trust I placed in him was misplaced. Despite moving just three blocks, from 8th and Juniper to 5th and Juniper, the experience was a nightmare. The team Tony brought was inexperienced and careless, which resulted in the breakage and damage of belongings worth thousands of dollars. It was not just the monetary loss, but also the sentimental value of these items that added to the distress. Moreover, the team was inefficient and took significantly longer than promised, showing a lack of motivation and professionalism. This inefficiency was frustrating and resulted in additional stress and inconvenience. Adding to the dishonesty, Tony claimed to own two trucks, including one large enough for my entire apartment. However, he showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which was completely unprepared for the task at hand. In conclusion, I regret choosing CCE Express for my move, and I urge anyone considering this company to rethink their choice. In my opinion, CCE Express, under Tony's management, lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic competence. Tony promised to fix/replace all of the broken/damaged items. The move was August 31st. It is now November 14th and not a single item has been fixed or replaced. For anyone who wishes to discuss this further or seek more information about my experience, please feel free to reach out to me personally. I also added just a FEW of the photos of damage to this review.

Odd... I tried to…read morebook them for a quick move and when I tried to call the number on their invoice to confirm the date, time and other relevant information, a woman picked up, said "No, no English..." and immediately hung up...LOL Puzzled, I double-checked the number on the Emailed quote and it was indeed correct. I immediately Emailed and cancelled. That was a serious RED FLAG. It did not stop there. The day of my move, guess what? They called to "confirm our 10:00..." I had to tell the person who called (he spoke ENGLISH) that I cancelled weeks ago. He seemed disoriented and clearly not organized. "Prohands?" More like "NO HANDS" LOL Coincidentally, I speak Spanish, among other languages so that whole thing was lame begining to end. Translation (for the woman who said "No English" and hung up on me ...LOL) Qué raro...
