Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

An outstanding moving experience from beginning to end…read more From my very first call for a quote to the moment the last item was moved into place, I felt completely taken care of by the Bullseye Movers team. I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Professional, careful, hardworking, friendly, and trustworthy from start to finish. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Chris is an absolute Tetris genius. I'm pretty sure he used every cubic inch of that truck and made it all fit without issue. We labeled our boxes with the rooms they belonged in, and the crew placed everything exactly where it needed to go in the new house. They also took great care in protecting our furniture, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the move. One thing we really appreciated was their help with disassembly and reassembly. It saved us a ton of time and hassle. The entire crew was professional, efficient, and great to work with. If you're looking for movers, I would highly recommend Bullseye Movers. Handle with Care??? What a joke…read more This has by far been one of the most inconvenient experiences I have ever had. After the broker adjusted my original quote to more than $1,000 more due to "not enough space" when I gave the exact measurements previously, the movers came and picked up my belongings on 1/31/2026 with a delivery promise of 7-10 days. After over 25+ calls, I finally received a call back from the movers on February 16th 2026. They asked when the soonest availability was - I advised I had already notated that on the paperwork for ASAP and was previously promised by 10 days. This was not the case. The person on the phone told me that it was the first time he was speaking with me and it would be 30 days from this date forward (2/16), which contradicts the contract. After expressing my frustrations, he advised someone would be reaching out very soon with a time/date, which did not happen. After continued numerous calls to Handle With Care Moving and Transportation with my calls forwarded but no call backs, I went from sleeping/eating on the floor to purchasing a blow up mattress. After almost 3 weeks of that, I finally purchased a new bed/frame. My back has been terrible and I have been in a lot of pain. I also had to purchase new pots and pans so I can cook and not go out and eat for every meal. I finally came to a point of reaching out for some legal guidance in which I told the company on 2/26. This finally resulted in attention and I received a promised delivery of the following week. The driver arrived on Sunday, March 8, 36 days after my belongings were initially picked up. This is when we discovered my mattress, bed frame, a TV, a tote, and game chair were missing. Additionally my brand new dresser was completely ruined (broken legs, back and top severely damaged, drawers and front door sliders missing) and my desk had deep gashes/scratches.) 3/9, I spoke with Omar with Handle With Care Moving and Transportation advised to file a claim with them directly while they "try" to locate my belongs, but gave no indiciation this could actually be acomplisted. **On Tuesday, April 21st, after receiving no reply, I contacted the company by telephone seeking clarification and resolution. During that call, I was informed--without prior notice--that my "case" had been unilaterally closed. I was not provided with any explanation, documentation, or opportunity to respond. The call was abruptly terminated by a representative who failed to tell me his Name before I could receive further information, immediately following the remark "have a great day." Records from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) show that Handle With Care Moving & Transportation LLC (USDOT #3190967) holds an Operating Authority Status of "NOT AUTHORIZED." As defined by the FMCSA, this status means the company is not authorized to engage in interstate, for hire transportation. Despite this, they accepted payment and transported my household goods across state lines from South Carolina to Michigan. Interstate household goods transportation requires active Household Goods operating authority, which your company did not possess at the time of the move. As a result, this move was conducted without lawful federal authority. Well that explains alot, eh?

Do not use this company…read more I hired All My Sons Moving specifically because I have a solid marble dining table that's heavy and fragile, and I needed movers I could trust to handle it properly. That trust was completely misplaced. I told the crew lead directly, before they touched the table, that it was fragile and needed careful handling. That message never made it to the second mover, who didn't speak English, so the two guys carrying my table down a flight of stairs weren't even communicating with each other. Predictably, they dropped it right onto concrete and chipped the corner of a table worth around $1,500. The driver stood right there and told me I'd be taken care of. That was a lie. I filed a formal claim with photos and a documented replacement cost of $1,049. Week later, AMS's "resolution" was a check for $133, calculated off some buried $0.60-per-pound liability clause that has nothing to do with what the table is actually worth. I responded in writing rejecting that insult of an offer within their own deadline. That was 3 days ago. Total silence since. This company will happily take your money and make promises on moving day, then hide behind fine print the second they break something expensive. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and a claims process that's designed to lowball you and hope you give up. If you have anything of real value, do not trust these people to move it. I regret ever calling them for the one item i needed moved.

I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.

Five guys came this morning (2 days later) and unloaded 5 U-Boxes and put a treadmill back together in a little over 2 hours. They were extremely polite and careful with my things. They literally wouldn't let me help. They would take whatever I was carrying and tell me they're here to take care of it for me. I wish I was so well taken care of regularly in my life!
