Original comment: They were not adequately prepared for my move. Over the phone, I mentioned I lived in a 3 bedroom townhome and was told it would take 6-7 hours with 4 guys (which would've costed over 1K). However, in disagreement, I listed the furniture I had, item by item--estimating 3-4 hours with two guys. On move day, the two men arrived with a 12ft truck from Penske (which is recommended on their site for 1-2 bedrooms). I had already placed 95% of my belongings in the first floor bedroom closest to the door for them to grab and go in order to keep them on track with the time I estimated it would take. While it took them under 4 hours to finish, because of the small truck, they were unable to get my washer and dryer and bed frame in the first trip. Therefore, I would've been charged an additional hour for them to get those three items. So, had they gotten the 16ft size truck (recommended for 2-3 rooms, I think the move would have gone more successfully. Updated comment: After my experience, the manager reached out personally and apologized. He ensured that he would improve things moving forward, and offered a partial refund. Honestly Alan and his team are so professional and they simply put the other removal companies we used previously to shame! Email exchange was very quick polite and extremely warm and welcoming. They work so hard and stayed passed midnight with both my parents who are retired and 70 now. They treated them with kindness, respect and I just want to say Thank you Alan for giving me peace of mind. We hired Happy2Move to help us move our 4-bedroom house from Irvine to Lake Forest. The team was very communicative, professional, and timely! The move went smoothly and they even helped reassemble all furniture. They didn't seem to cut any corners and took great care of my belongings. The move took about 11 hours but they diligently worked to make sure everything was handled with care. After the move, we saw a few small scratches and smudge marks but the stairs since half of the furniture was going to the second story. The company sent somebody to take care of it the very next day. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and we were completely satisfied with the service. Now that things have finally calmed down for me, I can write a review. I originally found them through Yelp for my move and I can't recommend them enough! Very affordable pricing. I called Allan last minute of my closing day after my originally hired movers trusted out to be scam artists. He was able to gather a duo of hard-working movers with extremely reasonable pricing! They arrived promptly and worked quickly to move my belongings from my 3 bedroom, 3 floor house, to a storage locker an hour away with professionalism and tremendous care. I was able to do some last minute cleaning for the buyer's final walkthrough and make important phone calls while they took over such a difficult time! Moving day was stressful enough, good thing we hired movers to help with the process. Happy 2 move show up on time and work quickly getting our stuff out of the old house. The were careful with our belongings, wrapping everything up in plastic to prevent damages. They even take apart the furnitures and fridge to help it out of the narrow door frames. The movers basically worked the whole day to make sure our stuffs were delivered to our new place. They barely took breaks. Impressive. Would recommend these movers for your moving needs. read more

We used HES Moving to relocate our elderly parents from one senior living facility to another. Their crew of 3 movers worked fast and did an excellent job taking care of our property. They carefully wrapped the furniture and made sure it was secure in the truck. The guys moved quickly and were able to complete the job in a shorter time than we had estimated. Hes moving was very accommodating with rescheduling my move. The team they sent were very respectful of my things and were careful. I will say if you have items like large pictures that are delicate to transport, have them be extra careful. One picture suffered glass breakage, but they gave me a price adjustment to compensate.
