They sub the work out to small groups of people with trucks. will quote your job and when they show up, whatever they can't fit in the truck.. they just don't take. No discount for making me have to take the items even though they said they would take all my things. Even worse over the phone they said they would break down and rebuild all my items that needed it(even though I said I'd do it for some money off... she said it was included in the price so even if I did it, it would still cost the same.. ok I let them do it) now when we're inside the room, they tell me they never rebuild things due to liability purposes. Whatever, I've never heard that but ok. I went to build my babies crib... and I find out WHY they couldn't "rebuild it" they pulled 80% of the screws out with force, instead of using the right tool. Imagine trying to put it back together? Impossible. They ruined a $1000 crib. I call them to have them come and fix it, as it was in the same place they left it, lady (I think it's Laurie?) I spoke with said she'd call me back. Never did, I texted her.. no response. Such a shameful way of business. Other reviews must be fake or close friends of theirs. They moved quickly to make sure that the time was utilized wisely. They were very friendly and courteous and polite. We had them pick up some furniture from a store warehouse on the way to the new apartment. They loaded up the furniture from that other place quickly and moved right along to the final destination. They worked really well together as a team. They were in constant communication with each other to make sure that they were angling things properly and keeping them secured. The price was reasonable for all of the work that they did. We really appreciate the effort and hard work they put into this move. Would definitely recommend them in the future.

I am filing this complaint against Pack It Up Moving & Storage regarding the loss of my personal…read moreproperty, poor service, property damage, and the company's failure to adequately resolve the issue. In September 2025, I hired Pack It Up Moving & Storage to move my belongings from Calhoun, Georgia. To help reduce costs and make the move more efficient, I personally packed many of my items in advance. Every box was clearly labeled on the outside according to its contents. When the movers loaded my belongings, the truck was completely full. In fact, some items could not fit on the truck, and the rear doors barely closed due to the amount of property being transported. The company then stored my belongings for approximately two months while I searched for a home to purchase. After purchasing a home in November 2025, I scheduled delivery of my belongings. The first scheduled delivery date was November 24, 2025. The company failed to show up and had to reschedule. Delivery was eventually rescheduled for November 26, 2025. When the movers arrived, I immediately noticed that the truck was not nearly as full as it had been when my belongings were originally loaded. As unloading began, I noticed that my e-bike was missing. When I questioned the movers, they claimed that I never had an e-bike. I then contacted the company's office, where I was told that my e-bike had been left near the loading ramp. This directly contradicted what the delivery crew had told me. I asked the movers for an inventory list so that I could verify that all of my boxes had been delivered. I was told that they did not have a list. As unloading continued, I began noticing additional missing items. I waited until all items had been removed from the truck before conducting a thorough review. The company also delivered a mattress that did not belong to me. I instructed the movers to take it back with them. In addition, my refrigerator was damaged during the move, and damage was caused to a wall in my home. I was forced to pay for repairs to both. After unpacking, I discovered numerous missing items, including but not limited to: Plastic Sealer Two Heat Press Machines Cricut Machine Reindeer Head Decoration Ring Doorbell Bissell Vacuum Drone Two Sets of Bar Tools Blink Indoor Camera Laser Measuring Device Exercise Bike Two Power Tools I estimate that at least ten boxes remain missing. The items listed above represent only some of the higher-value property that was never returned. I repeatedly contacted Pack It Up Moving & Storage regarding my missing belongings. Approximately six months later, the company located my exercise bike and two TV mounts. However, the majority of my missing property has never been recovered. The owner has offered only $400 in compensation despite the fact that the missing property is valued at well over $3,000. This estimate does not even include every missing item, as I intentionally focused on the higher-value property to simplify the claim. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's handling of this matter. My belongings were supposedly stored together in a secured vault, yet numerous items disappeared and only a small portion was recovered six months later. The company has shown little concern for the significant financial loss and inconvenience I have experienced. I have been forced to spend my own money replacing items that should never have gone missing. I am requesting that Pack It Up Moving & Storage provide fair compensation for the missing property and fully address the losses and damages caused during this move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to consumers who value the safety and security of their belongings.

They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them.

They also forgot to unload two items that were wrapped in blankets but they didn't call me, I had to call them about the missing items. The owner/driver said, yes, he was aware of the oversight and he promised to deliver in a week. It has been three weeks and no word yet.

Because I'm so OCD some of the boxes they stacked wasn't very stable, they had no problem rearranging the boxes for me. Some items that were supposed to have stayed at my old house, was brought to my new home. Now I have to take it back. One of the movers used my bathroom (which isn't a problem) and forgot to flush. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move. They are worth every penny.
