They are quick and attentive and I am usually out of there in 5 minutes because I already have packaged everything. They also handle USPS mail. I was a little wary because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.

The workers are nonchalant about their bad attitudes and uncourteous service. I went here to send multiple things back that I received from Amazon. While standing there for a couple minutes, one of the workers was sitting on the computer and said nothing. The other workers were in the back. When the ones in the back finally came out, no-one said anything either. When someone did ask if they can help me, there was no greeting, apology, etc. She just acted as if I was bothering her. I suggest a hiring of new staff or retrain for customer service. I just don't get why nothing has been done yet. Im pretty sure that they've gotten enough complaints. How could they have not? Unpleasant experience.
