They are quick and attentive and I am usually out of there in 5 minutes because I already have packaged everything. They also handle USPS mail. In case you are tired of going to the post office and waiting in long lines, you could always just stop by the UPS Store. I was a little wary because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.

According to them they are very busy. Immediately upon receiving the box and seeing the condition of how it arrived, I sent them a message and a photo, I contacted the main offices and sent them the photos and the list of what was missing. A week later, according to their "investigation" they came to the conclusion that nothing had happened to my box and they were not responsible.I lost more than $170 dollars that I reported but they will not be responsible for anything. I want to add that this company charges for insurance and other extra charges that make shipping boxes too expensive. It was almost the same or better for me to buy another ticket to someone else and have them bring them to Colombia.

There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone.
